The door us broken fixed with a board doesn't close on its own restaurant itself is dirty and understaffed 1 guy doing everything shame on pizza

Never order from here ever! A hour and a half wait for carry out! They won't get enough employees and alway miss something on your order. This store needs to lose their franchise immediately!

Terrible customer service always messing up the orders and calling every 5 minutes to see if your coming to pick up your order when you just placed people working there are always catching an attitude when they've messed up your order even when you nice about it .. rude as hell always getting dirty looks from the chubby girl in back like if you don't want to work there then don't also to add after the girl gave me the dirty look she decide to ignore me then go sit on her phone and watch tiktok her and the one dude with the glasses after I was waiting on my missing item. Really need more customer service training

I ordered a large thin crust half pepperoni mushrooms banana peppers other half super supreme and add jalapeños. 2 orders of wings. I got the 2 orders of wings and a large pan pizza. I really like pizza hut sauce and the thin crust. But for what ever reason the cook decides to always give me a different crust. This evening it was a pan. Before that it was the stuff crust. I said to Jacob who rang me out this isn't my pizza. He opened the box said half 3 toppings other supreme. As I am about to walk out the door I turned and asked Jacob is this a thin he said no pan. I said I ordered thin. He said we can make another 1 but it will take 10 mins. I asked why can't you get it right. He yelled at me its human error. I replied human error is 1 time. This has happen to me at this location multiple times. After his behavior I asked for a refund of the pizza. I Don't care for angry food. While I am waiting for my refund. Another order comes out of the oven and Jacob turns around to the cook and said this wasn't suppose to be a pan crust. Another human error. I left very disappointed.

My neighborhood Pizza Hut( Newcastle PA) is a great place to order great food. The Mgr and staff are very friendly and they make sure your food is right and you are a happy customer.

Ordered with Pizza hut in New castle tonight and delivery was over an hour and by the time we got it the order was missing food and cold. Then when we called they sent a new pizza with Doordarsh and not sure what happened but we never recieved anything and couldnt call because they were closed so I paid $27 for one pizza that was cold and greasy.
