Went in tonight and after waiting 15 mins for the person in front of us to get waited on, the staff started working on a to go order. They didn't even acknowledge us to say it'd be a few mins or sorry for the wait. 10 mins later they finally got to us.They toasted my sub, which I didn't ask for, and when I told them that, they shrugged and said 'ok'....I figured we'd waited long enough and I was hungry so I just dealt with it. Then we asked for the meals with 2 drinks, which they also didn't ring up, so we had to get those extra at the end, which of course means everything cost more.I appreciate everyone's busy, but at least put in some minimum effort .....

Certainly mediocre for a Subway. Even when advertised, they never have soup available. Then, they act like it's a big chore to heat up a bowl of soup for a customer. I'll give them the fact that the service is relatively fast and the restraunt seems to be consistently clean when we visit.
It's Subway, not a 5star restaurant. It's always good for a busy day with no time to cook.I usually order a foot long wheat, combo sub & half is nearly more than I can eat.
