As I rolled towards window 2, I noticed the lady was already holding my delicious Coca-Cola classic and bag of yummies out the window. I did not even have to come to a complete stop in order to receive my scrumptious delight. At first sight, you think oh geez it is connected to a gas station. That can't be good. Well let me tell you - my preconceived notion was blasted out of the water like Dory through a humpback whale's blowhole! I was even graced with the ever elusive Siamese McNugget. “I am an advid coffee drinker and have tried just about every place in the area and must say my experience at Nour has been one of the best. The service is phenomenal and the coffee is probably the best I have had. I would highly recommend you try it. I haven't tried any of their food or desserts but they seem to have the same types of things that all the other coffee shops have.“

“I was passing through the area and decided to stop at Arepa House, which turned out to be an excellent idea because the food is super tasty.Arepa House is easily recognizable from the street due to its yellow facade and large yellow lettering displaying the restaurant's name. Upon entering, we were greeted by a welcoming smile from a young woman. The staff speaks both English and Spanish, so you can communicate comfortably in whichever language you prefer.Inside, the same vibrant yellow color scheme continues, along with blue and red, which are the colors of the Venezuelan flag. Some expertly drawn chalk designs adorn a few wall areas painted black, adding an artistic touch to the ambiance.We savored a variety of dishes, including vegan arepas (plantain, avocado, and beans), a cachapa with cheese, a vegetarian empanada, a steak dish, and a maltín drink, among others. The green sauce they provided took the food to another level. One thing to note is I witnessed them with arepa dough and using cachapas batter, ensuring that the arepas and cachapas were made fresh.In addition to the ready-to-eat food, the restaurant sells a selection of food items, snacks, and treats such as Carré (chocolate with nuts), Samba Fresa, Hony Bran, Gayetón, Cocosette, and my personal favorite, bocadillo de plátano.The staff members are hardworking individuals who promptly prepared the food for both dine-in and take-out customers.I was thoroughly impressed with the food at Arepa House. I hope to have the opportunity to return soon, and I definitely recommend dining at this Arepa House – you won't be disappointed.“
“Great coffee shop & cafe!! I needed a place to get lunch & join a zoom meeting while driving on the tpk. This place was great for both & ~5 min off the hwy. Tasty food, sandwiches, salad, breakfast, baked goods, delicious coffee, cute dishes, and friendly staff. Also, on a weekday at noon, it was lively but enough free tables to sit for my meeting. I would be here frequently if I lived nearby.“

“This absolutely is one of my favorite restaurants in the Mechanicsburg Harrisburg area. The Italian is authentic and excellent the pasta hand made and reasonably priced! In the many times I've eaten here I've never come across something I haven't liked. The owners are available, very welcoming and friendly. I can promise you I have not been treated as well by any other restaurant owner or staff and as a foodie I've been to a LOT of different restaurants. Very highly recommend if you are looking for pizza or authentic Italian!“
“Stopped here for the first time today for a hot Latte and a Chocolate Chip Cookie. The cookie was phenomenal and the coffee was delicious. This organization helps children in need who are in the foster care system. They help with financial planning, development of daily skills, help these youth obtain a driver's license and much more.I was very happy to support this organization. The service was great. A minor hickup on our drink order that they immediately corrected and apologized for. The staff is very friendly.“

“All the food was expertly prepared and perfectly cooked but I honestly didn't like the flavor of the goat cheese appetizer and the two desserts, lemon creme brulee and tiramisu. The creme brulee was too lemony for me but executed perfectly whereas the tiramisu was confusing and a little liquor forward. I honestly believe other people might order these and love them. Crab cake, vegetables, and potatoes are great, but the sauce with the crab was too spritely with the lemon. Service was great and prices were fair. I recommend this restaurant as they have excellent food prepared exactly as it should be but maybe not right for my tastes. I know this is a weird review, but I want to go back and think you should go too!“

“Figured I'd come check this little place out.I got an order of avocado toast to go and also ordered a vanilla latte.The avocado toast was done in 5 minutes. It was another 10 minutes on top of that for my small vanilla latte.The vanilla latte didn't taste like vanilla at all, rather very unsweetened.Maybe a little bit more attention or help on the coffee bar to speed up the drinks a little quicker.Good food except for the hard boiled egg on my avocado toast.I didn't realize it came with that. Not exactly vegan. I guess I would have preferred to have known that ahead of time.Still a great little place that should be checked out. Nice atmosphere. Very cozy. Prices are good.“
“Simply the best coffee establishment I have ever experienced. Whenever I travel, I try to find a 0kace like elementary and am never successful. The staff are wonderful and Andrea, the owner, is the best coffee roaster I have encountered. Her tasting notes are accurate and extremely useful, and she is so gentle with the beans - there is never a hint of overroasting. Outrageously great!“
“I honestly just happened to see the sign while driving past it and figured I could stop in for a quick brunch. I went in and the smell was amazing!! The cashier helped me pick out a yummy mini pancake combo (Nutella, almonds, and granola) that I’ll for sure be ordering again. I also recommend the horchata latte! Perfect for the cold weather! My husband got the chili hot dog that I swear disappeared in 5 seconds!Super friendly staff as well! Great place to check out for a snack or quick bite to eat.“
“If quality and flavor are what you value when you spend your money and go out to eat, this is the place for you. The flavors of the dishes we got we cannot find anywhere else, and the quality of the ingredients made us very happy.I understand it’s a brewpub, and the environment and service were certainly adequate but the food was our biggest best surprise.If you understand the value of things, I highly recommend making a trip there but if you’re looking to eat as much food for as little as you can spend, who knows maybe the flavors enough to convince you too.As Arnold said, I’ll be back“

“This was an amazing experience, I would definitely recommend! I actually work at another Duck Donuts, but this place met my expectations and beyond! I went in with my partner to get him a milkshake. We ordered a cookies and cream donut topped milkshake since they don't do these types of shakes at the one I work for. The lady working even made us each our own donut to enjoy while we were waiting for our shake! She, and everyone else working, was super friendly and I wish that I remembered her name so I could shout her out! “I decided to treat myself to breakfast and coffee at Denim in Mechanicsburg this morning. I chose a cappuccino and a bacon breakfast sandwich. I don't usually indulge in a breakfast I don't have to cook and clean up after unless we're traveling and I found the service cheerful and relaxed, which is exactly what I needed today. The music was upbeat and not too loud, which was also exactly what I was looking for. Denim is cheerfully bright without hurting my eyes and the seating is cozy enough that I can relax. The small booth I sat in has very high sides, which muffled conversations from other booths. The sandwich was delicious. The bacon was crispy, cheese was melted & the ciabatta toasted; it comes with mayo. I don't typically choose mayonnaise on a breakfast sandwich, but it was nice. It may have been too dry without the mayo. The cappuccino was perfect for me; it was the right temperature and the coffee was smooth, not too much foam. When I'm done, I plan to get a cup of coffee and a bag of bean to take home.“

They occasionally have music events in the evenings on weekends. Sunday mornings can be a bit busy given the church crowds but overall I have loved going to this place. “Chill old school diner atmosphere. Options for tables, booths, and diner bar. Waitresses were hustling and on top of it. The disappointment of the lack of creamed chipped beef on the menu (our fault for not checking) was quickly extinguished when we saw the specials boards. They do have it sometimes on special. Food came out quick and was delicious. Fairly cheap in price too. Will be back to try their lunch sometime!“

“My absolute favorite place to sit down, enjoy a mug of all you can pour coffee, and just think. I love to go to BCB to soak in the atmosphere and do my work. The staff and management are absolutely amazing and hard working, and the atmosphere is way more “at home” and comfortable in comparison to all the “popular,” big-name coffee shops. I LOVE BCB!“
