I had to seek out a menu, she said she would be over to take our order but never gave us a menu, and we waited for a while before I went to find a menu. She walked past us twice and didn't give us a menu until she saw me looking for one. I asked for honey mustard when I ordered and she forgot it. The cheesesteak sub was good but the onion rings were overcooked and didn't taste good at all, they were so crumbly and the onion inside was very thin.

Nice place inside. You don't get free refills, but they give you a big enough cup if you get an extra large that you probably wouldn't need to refillParking: Lots of parking space, but the place seems pretty busy, so you may have some trouble
A very nice family business. Sometimes the workers get a little confused, but it's always a great good experience. I've had their pizza, stromboli, calzone, and cheese steaks. All the good is fantastic. Update: the service is much improved in recent months. Most servers are experienced and know there menu very well. There are only 4 beers on tap; I would like to see that number triple. Still, 5 starts!

Palermo's is a really great place! I've been many many times. The food is fresh and delicious. Always consistent. The portions are very generous. Pricing is very reasonable. The staff are always super slammed but remain friendly. It's always busy there, for good reason. I would recommend anyone to go give them a try!
