A great little bakery ran by very nice women. When I walked into the bakery the smell is the first thing you noticed all the great aromas of different baked goods I bought a few cream puffs, a raspberry oat bar, 2 cinnamon rolls and a French type of dessert with coffee creme it was all so good probably the best cinnamon roll I have ever had. A must stop on a Sunday morning if you're near New Hope PA

I've been coming to New Hope for years and for some reason did not come in before now. This is a great local place that really care about people. I called when I was in Flemington NJ and called them because someone said there were two locations hoping to find them in Flemington. Anyone the person who told me there were two places was wrong. When I come to New Hope I usually bring cookies and pastries from Bensonhurst Brooklyn for my friends. Driving to New Hope was a last minute decision so a local bakery had to do. The person who answered the phone was bright, cheery, caring and made me want to drive 30 minutes to cry them. I arrived in New Hope, it's a small shop although everyone including the customer were very friendly. It seems like everything is baked right on premises, all natural and just tastes great. They have some unusual combinations of flavors and names that makes you want to try all the different cookies and pastries. As mentioned before, everyone was courteous, great pastries, cookies, and deserts. They bake everything fresh so if you wait until later in the day you may miss out on the great selection. I would highly recommend them and I'm sure they will not disappoint.

They were so helpful in making the perfect birthday cake for my husband, who decided he wanted a yule-log cake two days before his birthday, which is on New Years Eve.I heard they had the best! Not only was the cake beautiful, but it was so delicious. I am very thankful for such wonderful bakers who took the extra time to make it happen.I wish I had thought to take a better picture of just the cake!

This bakery is one of the gems of New Hope. Kimberly and her team are fabulous! The cakes are extraordinary (what a Buche De Noel!) and the atmosphere of this little shop is wonderfully pleasant. I love that there is always some charming record playing - hello, Billie Holiday. Highly recommended for your next event or when you need a baked pick-me-up.

We used Factory Girl Bake Shop for our wedding and it was a *dream* come true. Kimberly was so creative, sweet, thoughtful, intentional, and talented when it came to bringing our vision to life. We wanted a cake inspired by Bilbo Baggin's 111th birthday cake in the Lord of the Rings (I know, I know, nerdy - but look this cake up - it is stunning) and she was so dedicated to figuring out the shape and visuals of it. AND to top it all off - it was delicious. We also had her flower pressed sugar cookies and cardamom snickerdoodles and they were both a huge hit. Highly recommend stopping by and/or using them for your special events. A local treasure.
