The best ice cream I have ever had. I drive 30 minutes to get it.

We went in today to get some ice cream on this beautiful day to not be greeted when standing infront of the counter for a few minutes while employees were right infront of us. My husband and i started talking to each other and the employee working the waffle machine who mind you was very inappropriately dressed with more than half her torso out with her pants super low (thought it was a ice cream shop glad I left the kids outside) proceeded to say " what did you say" while her face turned red and had a serious attitude. instead of " I'll be right with you, or how are you." . My husband tells the employee that we have been waiting, and the employee begins to raise her voice and yell at us that she has to finishing with the other customer before she helps us with such an attitude. I've never been treated so poorly by someone and I have to say not one of the other employees were even remotely nice. All we wanted was some ice cream and instead got a scoop of attitude and rudeness. Not to mention there was no line so I can't say they were over whelmed. We will not be returning and will bring our money elsewhere.

Wow. What an amazing spot. Homemade Ice cream over a fresh made waffle. Service was fast even though the line was long. Great ice cream parlor ambiance.

Stopped in on a Wednesday around 630-7pm. There was plenty of seating available and a nice, warm ambiance. The staff helped us immediately. We were able to sample several ice cream flavors and settled upon the better pecan and espresso crunch over one of the waffles. The ice cream was SO creamy and flavorful. The crunchy bits in the espresso crunch were so good. They reminded me of the chocolate crunchies in an ice cream cake haha. The waffle was warm and had a nice, carmalied sugar exterior that gave a little chew to each bite. Would definitely recommend!

I enjoyed this place overall. The employees were nice but when the serviced me my hot chocolate I got a chunk of brown film in my drink. It was very tasty thought.

The waffles at Nina's are absolutely amazing! Food: the waffle was fantastic. It was warm, fluffy, crispy and perfectly sweet. We really enjoyed it. I took 1 star off for the icecream. The texture was nice and creamy but most of the flavors we got just felt like they were lacking something. The coconut coffee was delicious, though! Service: for how busy it was on a Friday night when all the lights came on in peddler's village, the staff was super quick and efficient. They moved through the line and kept making fresh waffles so there was no wait. Ambiance: typical ice cream shop vibe with a few tables and bathroom inside.

We haven't been to Nina's since before the pandemic - and were so excited to be visiting New Hope again. The last time we were here, I had the most amazing waffle with ice cream - it's something I've thought about for the past 2 and half years!! Couldn't wait to give it another try. What a disappointment! I ordered the smores waffle with waffle cone ice cream. The waffle was not fully cooked and soggy in the middle - and the ice cream was so super sweet, I couldn't even make out what it tasted like. That is, the ice cream that hadn't melted all over the soggy waffle before I could even eat it. I ended up taking a few bites and throwing the rest in the trash. Don't know what happened here - but it's definitely not the same.

Been here a few times now and enjoyed their ice cream. I also appreciate how flavors like the mint chocolate chip isn't drowning in green food coloring. Their waffle cones are good and they give really healthy scoops consistently.Only took off a star because their staff isn't the friendliest compared to other ice cream shops.

They were moderately busy, not crowded at all, but we were very rushed. Ordering and check-out was chaotic. Waffles were reheated, not freshly made. My group of four was waited on by 3 people all at once. One item we received a waffle cone instead of a waffle, handed to me by another counter person than I ordered it with, but they looked at me like I was crazy when I said it wasn't right. The guy at the register repeated our order incorrectly and when I repeated it back he just said, "ya". Ice cream was mediocre at best, not cold at all. The key lime raspberry and raspberry crunch weren't even good. Despite the urgent rush to get us in and out in lightening speed, the ice-cream was already melting before we stepped out of the store. Sadly, it wasn't a great experience.
