My family went to this Mcdonald's the day after christmas, The place was packed , and the the drive through was packed. People were getting very testy because it was taking so long to get your orders. One person was extremely testy, stating we've been waiting almost an hour, I calmly turned and said I've been waiting over an hour, which helped to diffuse the situation. A bog standard McDonald's with an entirely predictable and consistent experience. Lady who served us was really nice and wanted to know where I was from - I guess they don't get very many Scottish accents around here! Plenty of parking just off the Cross Keys intersection on US-30

Service has gone downhill at this McDonald's. If you go in and order your food, you have to wait quite a while to get it. If you don't have patience, don't go in.Kid-friendliness: There is a special area in there for the kids to climb and have fun. There are several tables and chairs for family to sit at and keep an eye on their children.Wheelchair accessibility: You can park your car and go straight into the restaurant without any stairs or ramps.
