Hey, at least the place is fairly clean. The staff that run the register are untrained and unskilled. It should not take 10-15 minutes to ACCURATELY ring an order up! This place is just not the same since it was sold to a new owner. Turnkey operation does not mean you don't need knowledge, training and customer service skills. Will not be going back here at all. Their "sidekicks" which are out of stock half the time, are improperly prepared. Pretzel was semi hard on the bottom like it was microwaved to warm it up. Just no.

Haven't been to any Subway for a while and keep seeing television ads for the new "Subway Series" sandwiches. The ads mention a code for a BOGO 50% off. Then Subway sends a flyer with coupons to my house. I figure it's time to try a few of the new sandwiches. Show up only to be told coupons at this Subway location are invalid except for a handful of simple old sandwich selections. Look, I don't manage the Subway enterprise so it's not my job to settle some kind of battle that seems to be going on between the national org and the local franchise but please somebody get your act together.

I went in to get dinner for my family. The girl proceeded to try and make my food with out gloves and when I asked her to throw the bread away and put gloves, she gave me a attitude. She also didn’t even wash her hands. Through out the whole service I got nothing but poor service and attitude. I definitely will not be going back.
