I've waited all but 20 minutes for food, called and whoever answered hung up on me. I came for fast food for fast delivery because I am on a time crunch! How hard is it to make food & you all want a higher wage... GTFOH

I was trying to get the oreo shamrock mcflurry and a regular shamrock shake with it and after getting through the drive through I had to wait 5 or more minutes to get the singular two shakes just for when i recieved it the lady immediately slammed the door shut and i got a very messy regular oreo mcflurry instead of a shamrock as well as the lid was not on and the oreo was only sprinkled on the top. The shamrock shake was also not mixed the whole way.

The only things good about the meals ordered were the drinks. My Big Mac bun was hard and my cheeseburgers we drenched in ketchup (both inside and on top of the burger) and tasted like they were cooked yesterday. The cheese wasn't even melted. Don't even get me started on the fries! Cold and burnt...how does this place have 3 stars?

Mediocre food. Adequate service. If people weren't too lazy to make their own breakfast and coffee I don't think they would have half their business. The other half is children. They have effectively marketed their mediocre foods to children.

Used the mobile app to speed up the service, but that didn't work. At one point the app wanted to know if we were still on our way, which we acknowledged. We got there and still had to wait 10 minutes for our food. That isn't fast food anymore.

The service was POOR!!!! I waited with my family for at least 15 minutes for someone to take our order at the register, then had to wait 10 minutes for our food, and I was told to take a number to our table and someone would bring out food out....well that didn't happen I heard our number being called from the receipt NOT the number they gave me to put on the table.....The fries were cold.NOT MUCH HAS CHANGED from last time I visited....

25 minutes in the drive thru with only 4 cars in front of us. Why? Everyone was parked to wait for food. Saw several employees standing around doing very little.
Got my usual breakfast meal and experienced good, promt service in the drive thru!
