Was excited to see subway offered gluten free bread. When I asked about this the guy said “no bread is not gluten free.” Very dissatisfied with the customer service and misleading information. Should do a better job informing employees on this matter.

One star is all they deserve. Both employees were extremely rude to my friend and I. The man that made that made our food was clearly on something and kept forgetting everything we were saying. He was giving my friend extreme attitude as he was grabbing napkins like those napkins aren't free. Lastly, he refused to give me a water cup, forcing to me to buy bottled water. Would not return

The place is a little dirty. I ordered a foot long with double meat. Bread was hard and stale and it was $15 for just the sandwich! Didn’t even give me a napkin for take out. Next time I will drive a mile down the road to the pizza shop and get fresh. First time I ate at a subway in years and it will be the last.

When asked what comes with a kids meal I was told multiple options. They did not say certain ones were up charged. $28 for 2 kids meals and a 6 inch sub and drink for myself is just too much.

Absolutely WORST place to order delivery! They cancelled my order upon putting it in, took $60 plus out of my accnt. I called the location, and they tell me the managers not in, I said I want my money back this is crazy, she said she'd have the manager call me......I'm STILL waiting on that call! I called my bank to let them know what's going on, this was a disaster of an exp! SHAME ON YOU!

Called them a lil after 9am to ask if they are participating in the free 6" sub giveaway and she told me yes,12-2pm and I replied the news is saying 10am and she said 12-2pm. I go in at 12pm to be told it was over,it started at 10am. I told them I called in that morning and she said I know, it was a mistake what you were told. The other lady told you wrong. The one I spoke to on the phone came over and said I know, it started at 10am,I told you wrong time.

My car broke down and it was about 20 degrees outside. The two friendly young ladies who work there invited us in while we waited for our tow truck. They were angel's, as I was bringing my husband home from Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. I can't thank Subway and their wonderful employees enough. And the food is fantastic! 10 stars from Liz in York, PA
