This is the 3rd time I had a problem with this place I gave them 3 chances 1st problem the pizza arrived not hot I call and tell them and all I get is oh I’m so sorry about that and don’t even offer anything 2nd problem was I had wrote extra extra extra well done in the special instructions area on the online ordering website and my pizza wasn’t even well done it was awful I called and addressed the issue and they said oh well we don’t really pay attention to the special instructions they just make whatever the order is and they said there is an option to select well done well I like a crispy pizza so I want it extra extra extra well done so they gave me a pizza 50% off and it was much better I call and order lastnight 12-11 and specifically tell them how awesome it was and perfect last time and I again want it extra extra extra well done well guess what same thing not even well done terrible !!!! I call and the manager says she doesn’t know the solution to it and that she has to watch them and make sure that it’s to my liking like she did last time and began to tell me how they make 100’s of pizzas on Friday night well your not the only ones ! Very disappointed love their pizza but the service and care for what a customer wants it’s just awful I will never again order from here !

I've ordered probably once a week for the last year & have been happy with my purchases. Today, I ordered a medium Sicilian pizza w. pepperoni. It cost $30 & arrived with all of the cheese & pepperoni stuck to the top of the box. When I called to complain, a person who said she was the manager offered to give me 10% off on my next order - unacceptable. Just wanted to let you know b4 I write reviews on various sites.I know this isn't much of a threat but I don't 'bad-mouth" businesses w/out giving them the chance to respond.
