This is like the 3rd time ordering food that is wrong when I get home 2 burgers almost the same one has no lettuce, tomato or pickles , fries were terrible and the store is not even busy I don’t get it and I am a resturant owner myself so I understand when it’s busy but this is the last time at this 5

If there were 10 stars I would give them. You can never find good service anymore at fast food places, but man Jillian gave the best service I’ve had in a very long time. It was very refreshing walking in and being met with a smile for once. Me and my husband ordered our food and it came out very fast, and it was delicious, and she even asked us how everything was and asked if we needed anything else afterwards! The store was kept very clean, food was amazing, and the service was even better. Thank you Jillian for one of the best food experiences me and my husband have ever had!

Second time in a week at this location. Same person waiting on me. Order was completely wrong both times and ended up throwing it out when I got home. Fries were good, as usual, but the first time I had to go back and ask if this was a large, to which the response was no. When I explained that I ordered a large the response was that he didnt have enough fries for a large and that he " dropped " more. Umm ok. Today the order was so off we threw the burgers out. We are huge fans of Five Guys but we won't be back to this loaction again. We have five kids and they will need to find an alternative. And btw the fact that the glaring tip request comes when you pay is insane. It's not enough that a tip choice of 10% to 30% is proctored but it comes pre the horrific service and food that you don't want and didn't order. Call me old fashioned but this is a joke. Adios Newtown Five Guys. Our family of 7 will spend our hard earned dollars elsewhere.

Food was great as it is at any five guys but the service was awful. I was completely ignored for the first 5 minutes. Also ordering online was difficult cause I was trying to use gift cards and the system couldn’t seem to grasp that and delivery not available even though I live 5 minutes away. Prices need to be modified—way too expensive.Won’t go back to this location

Food is average. Wait time was okay considering how busy they were. The price however for a hot dog, burger and fries is outrageous. Why is the price so high? I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and paid less for more.

Five Guys is absolutely the best place to get burgers bar none. I am on a low carb diet, and they have no issues putting the burgers in a bowl as opposed to buns if you like it that way. Also, they have a great selection of toppings that are fresh. In full disclosure my son is a shift leader here, and he tells me that the food is so fresh, they do not even have a freezer in the store. The burgers are juicy and cooked to perfection (although I like rare burgers, but places cannot really make them that way due to food safety laws).Their service is fantastic and everyone is very friendly. Since everything is made fresh, you do have to wait a little while longer to get your food.The bottom line is when I want a burger and am out and about, Five Guys is my go to choice.

Burgers are great. Service is very slow and the fries are so salty you almost can't eat them. You toss most of them in the trash. Why so much salt??? And the prices are really high for a hamburger joint.

Very clean store the I ordered a bacon cheese burger with mushrooms, onions and it was delicious cooked perfectly. The fries were cooked perfectly soft and fluffy just a little too much salt. The manager was nice enough to remake the fries and just added a little salt that turned out perfectly. Expect to pay sit down restaurant prices at fast service and better flavor.
