My experience at this location is always hit or miss. I order car side. My food didn’t come how I order it. And the older lady who took my order attitude was terrible for no reason. I feel like I’ve given this location the benefit of the doubt one time to many. And today was the last time I will ever go to the restaurant. Always a nasty attitude. Like I’m the one who told them to work here. Is crazy. But it’s ok because never again !!!!

I ate here a couple days ago my stomach still ain’t right, when I was driving home I felt like a baby was shoot out of me from this trip to apple byes I got a headache diarrhea and a 100$ dollor bill do not recommend unless you have a strong stomach. ?????

Kids screaming and climbing over tables and booths and running around the place like its a playground. Food took a while to arrive. Would not recommend. Just go to Red Robin.

I went to this Applebees specifically because my daughter got a reward from school which was on a card, it stated she did her project well. I used to work here and the food from this one is better than one @ East Norriton. I went in and got told to just show it to my server and that they’d take care of it. So I did and the server was very kind and I asked her if she could write “redeemed” and the date so I could keep it for that “memory drawer” and they wouldn’t think I would try to use it again. She said of course. When we were done I went to the bathroom with my child while my boyfriend payed. I didn’t get to take a look at the bill, when I got back our server was taking it to finish out and when she brought back the bill after charging the cc I noticed only the side was taken off. The reward was for a whole kids meal. So I asked her if she could get it changed and she said she was going to speak to the manager (Manuel) she came back and told me there would be a double charge and I told her I understand and that’s fine….i work in fast food I completely understand the whole “you won’t see the refund for 2-3 business days” I say it at my current job about 5 times a day. She went back to her manager and came back with him and he repeated it again and also gave the option of using the reward another day. thing is money is tight right now so i needed to keep that bill low in order to even give the server a tip. So my boyfriend told him the refund is fine. The manager proceeded to take the little card that showed the reward and I told my server to tell him to not throw it out please. (The card didn’t have a number or anything he needed to redeem, the bill said “comp” which means the manager took it off with his authorization) She came back to me and deeply apologized and said he said I couldn’t have it back. I’m not the type to cause a scene so I just gave the server a tip and we left but the fact that the manager threw out a memory of my child infuriated me so I decided to leave this review

The food was very good. So much better than the one on 202 in Norristown. 202 is very dirty and has a foul smell.Parking: They have good dinner deals.

Very bad experience here. Came after my son’s basketball team won the championship basketball game and our service was HORRIBLE! Food was very cold and server kept disappearing for a very long time. Will pick somewhere else to go next time. We LOVE Applebees so this experience was a little more upsetting. Hope they get things

We came here after being at top golf, the host seemed panicked but was trying his best to get everyone sat in a timely manner.Our server was kind, courteous and professional, sorry I don't remember the lovely girls name.She kept our drinks full, was well educated on the menu and made great suggestions for the meals.My family has an exceptional experience because of the amazing staff, we will definitely be returning next time we are in the area.

You think Applebees is cheep? No it’s not !!! Good is ok but it’s open late so that’s why people go there ! Service is decent though :/
