The food is ok, if you are lucky enough to have it delivered. I never give bad reviews, but this place is just ridiculous. The first time, our delivery driver was "on his way" and whenever he got within three minutes, it went back at least 2. For over an hour. Two hours later, still no food. We never got our order, the store acted like they never received it and were just very rude. We didn't even get a hold of them until the next day. The second time they let us place the order and then called back to cancel because they had no drivers. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else

This store is the worst. I’ve tried to order delivery 3 different times at lunchtime over the last 6-8 months. Apparently there is no delivery drivers till later in the afternoon. They will just cancel your order and then not answer the phone when you call.

I preplaced an order at 6pm for an 11:15pm pickup. I check the website around 11pm, and it says my order is being made. I show up at 11:15pm and the employee tells me that the stores is closed. I tell him about my order and he says "I'll just refund you." Like thanks for the refund, but you don't close until midnight and you had all evening to call me and cancel my order as opposed to me driving all the way there.

First they gave us the wrong pizza, waited 30 mins for a new one & it was undercooked… lord the only thing good was the wings. Pasta was cold & gross.... Never again. Save your gas and go somewhere else!

If I could give no stars I would.First off the delivery driver drove around for 30 minutes, and then delivered it to the wrong house. Then we get our food (pretty cold) and not only that nut the bread bowl wasn't a bread bowl after all......... oh and it had a random black olive in it.

First off there’s only one person working here and when I came in to order he was rude saying if I’m ordering to do it online because he doesn’t have time to put one in then other people come in to order and he’s nice to them and even apologized for not being able to take their order then he proceeded to make my order I placed online after the fact he just swept up the floor and handle trash and did not wash his hand at that point I was done and walked out I’m not ordering from here again and the guy was on FaceTime the whole time with his girlfriend

Ordered on the app 1.5hr ago. Tracker is still on "Prep" Called store but have been on hold for 30 min now and when I am 1st in line it restarts the call everytime. The app has no cancel order button. No customer support number at all just tells me to call store. Ridiculous situation I'm in.

I ordered a pizza and parm bites through the app at 4:34pm. An hour and a half went by and my order tracker still said "prepping". I see the tracker update to "quality check" at 5:27pm. After an hour of "quality checking" my pizza I decide to call. I waited on hold for 8 mins and finally gave up and hung up the phone. I receive a text at 6:34pm that the driver left the store and was on the way. At 6:56pm I get a text that the driver entered my neighborhood. At 7:12pm I still don't see the driver or hear anything. I'm constantly checking outside and there's nothing. I call the store and get ahold of someone and i told them what was going on and said that it had almost be 3 hours since i ordered and wanted to know what was going on. Not once did this lady apologize or have any sympathy. All she kept saying was it's on the way. At 7:30pm I get a text saying my order was delivered. I never got my food! I called dominos back and once again couldn't get ahold of anyone. Thank god my credit card let me dispute the charge. I will never ever order from this location again! Worst customer service ever and took 3 hours for absolutely nothing. Do not order from this location! If you want dominos go to another location.

I order 8-piece bread with jalapeños and no bacon. My receipt clearly stated no bacon. Even during check out I asked to make sure there is no bacon inside and I was told no. I drove home and took first bite to know there is bacon inside.Clearly this ppl at this place can’t follow directions and lie on your face.Vegetarian options: None.Dietary restrictions: I am vegetarian and this ppl feed me bacon after clearly stating and asking for no bacon.

Domino's has been great when I was living in WA, Philly, anywhere but here. This local Dominos has had over two years to get their business in order. I was happy to have quick, inexpensive delivery nearby when I didn't want to do pickup from a local joint. They have routinely let me down and screwed me over.Put in an order for two large pizzas and cheesy bread at 7:30. At 8:30 the tracker showed it hadn't even been put in the oven. Tried calling multiple times, on hold for 5-7 minutes each time, when I finally got through they hung up on me. They're chronically understaffed and bad at their jobs. Do not order pizza from this shop if you expect to get it on time. The management and employees clearly don't care.Gave up and called Tosco's, they said my pizza would be ready for pickup in 25 mins.I don't like giving bad reviews but this Domino's is the single worst I've ever encountered. Unless I see that they've changed management or ownership I will not be ordering from them again.Edit: delivery showed up at 8:55 as I left to pick up toscos. For a 7:30 order. Feel bad for him, he was a good dude let down by the shop. Had to refuse the order because I tried numerous times to cancel it and couldn't get through.

I ordered 2 large pizzas from this store and when I went to pick them up I asked for some ranch on one half of one pizza but the employee refused in a very strange and rude way that left very upset and embarrassed, that happened in front of my kids and other customers, he was very impolite and unprofessional, I left without picking up the pizza and had to go to a competitor and bought other pizzas for my kids , that was on July 29,2023
