Shows the store is open, let me put an order in, but the store doesn’t seem to be opened..Waited 30 minutes and no status change. Call the store and was just on hold for 10 minutes. So order went through, took my money, and found out on my own that they’re closed.You should NOT be able to put an order in if the store is closed. Order should be cancelled, but it wasn’t and my money is lost.Update:After I submitted a case online, the order updated to Baking.. So I guess the store is actually opened and the food will get here at some point. (I know it’s Easter as well, which is why I put a nice tip in).

I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The pizza arrived late, and when it finally did, it was cold and barely resembled what I had ordered. The crust was soggy, the toppings were sparse, and overall, the taste was underwhelming. Additionally, the customer service was lacking, with unresponsive staff and no effort to rectify the situation. As a frequent pizza enthusiast, this experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be ordering from Domino's again.

Worker’s at this location needs training on how to read labels. This is like 4th occasion where I wanted my pizza uncut but they ended up cutting it. Each time they obviously offered to make a new one but that gets rushed and won’t be eatable. Absolutely would not order from here ever again, ridiculous. I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS.

Understaffed all the time they don’t answer the phone and not even worth walking in to order they’ll just tell you to order online and it’s an hour wait. Oh yeah they also don’t use gloves or anything when handling the food!!!

I ordered a pizza and the app said it was delivered but we never received the pizza i call the store they never pick it up the phoneI drove to the store pickup my pizza and employees have a bad attitude. give you self a favor don't order from this place.

Very cocky arrogant female who answered the phone on 1/17/24 at 2:20 pm told me when I asked a question "quite honestly, it's none of your concern" and hung up on me. She previously told me that the $3.99 tip didn't go to the driver, but it was for their "gas and mileage". So I asked if they were paying for the drivers gas and mileage and that's when she responded "quite honestly, it's none of your concern". I started to explain how it would affect how much tip I would give the driver and she hung up on me. Great customer service, not. Lost another customer.

I placed an order online around 3:45. The tracker said my order was delivered at 4:44, but it was never delivered. After a long period on hold with the store, I was told the delivery was still out somehow. I asked why, in that case, the tracker said "delivered" and was hung up on.

I ordered a pizza and parm bites through app at 4:34pm. An hour and a half went by and my order tracker still said “prepping”. I see the tracker update to “quality check” at 5:27pm. After an hour of “quality checking” my pizza I decide to call. I waited on hold for 8 mins and finally gave up and hung up the phone. I receive a text at 6:34pm that the driver left the store and was on the way. At 6:56pm I get a text that the driver entered my neighborhood. At 7:12pm I still don’t see the driver or hear anything. I’m constantly checking outside and there’s nothing. I call the store and get ahold of someone and i told them what was going on and said that it had almost be 3 hours since i ordered and wanted to know what was going on. Not once did this lady apologize or have any sympathy. All she kept saying was it’s on the way. At 7:30pm I get a text saying my order was delivered. I never got my food! I called dominos back and once again couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Thank god my credit card let me dispute the charge. I will never ever order from this location again! Worst customer service ever and took 3 hours for absolutely nothing. Do not order from this location! If you want dominos go to another location.

They do not have tables and chairs in case you want to enjoy your pizza fresh out of the oven. If you want to save time, I recommend ordering through the Domain App since if you order directly in the store it takes up to 20-30 minutes since they give priority to Orders made online or by phone, perhaps in the future it will be a place to eat right there since it has very large space to set tables.
