“I've been going to this Dunkin' for the past seven years. In the past seven years, there has been a lot of turnover, but I can always remember the ones that take notice of regulars. There was a woman named Sabrina, she was great and always was friendly and offered to let me try different drinks. Then, there was a woman with red hair that was super nice. Since before Christmas, I've been served daily by Tony and his crew. They know my order and when they see my car, start it, I know this because one time I switched it up on them!! They are very personable and know greet me by name. There is also another guy there, that is super friendly and outgoing. I don't know his name but my mom and his share a birthday! These two bust their butts there daily (I joke that they don't get days off!) and especially when the others don't show up for work, they are still there with a smile! They are now apart of my morning routine! Thank you !!!“
“We have 3 Dunkin’s in a pretty tight knit radius and this one is by far my favorite. The staff is always friendly and quick, and there is one staff in particular who oftentimes tells me to make sure my order is right. High end customer service, always my go-to location.“
“It's in the heart of Norristown so your gonna get some shady people hanging around but they are harmless. The ladies that work in there are very nice and quick. They remember you and most the time remember what u like as well and are always smiling .“
“I bought a cheesecake and a chocolate birthday cake. Amazing!! The cheesecake was so so rich and creamy. I love how they wrote happy birthdayv and then a little design on top. The chocolate cake was so good, the flavor of the chocolate was just amazing, my daughter was trying to guess what kind of chocolate it was. This is the 2nd year I got birthday cakes there and will buy from them again next year!!“
“I know most people who visit probably want mochi donuts but I highly recommend their cream donuts! They have a variety of flavors I got the strawberry shortcake one and it was delicious! Light, fluffy, and not too sweet. We got these to go and baked them in the oven which made them even better. Mochi donuts are kind of common now so I would recommend trying the alternative for something different:)“
“First time here, not crowded at 3 pm Sunday, amazed by the fresh made donuts, love the service and love the food, we got mixture of each flavor to try out Oreo and crumble are great, kids love the confetti ones with strawberry cover! Maple Bacon donut is amazing, the mixture sweet and salty are strangely well combined! The lemon flavor one is also great! Overall these donuts are great!“
“New place. Came here via FB event, "Cars & Doughnuts". Small independent business. Pretty good mochi. I had a creme Brule mochi and a chai tea. I didn't like the Boba balls, tbh I don't get the fad surrounding them. Good service, they're gonna need more workers for sure, I can see this place getting popular. The chai was awesome, way better than any other place of recent memory. The mochi was good too, not too sweet like pastries you would find at a DD or Wawa. They didn't hurt my stomach and were quite pleasant. I will be returning.“
“Duck donuts has the BEST donuts! They are made fresh and are nice, warm, and taste amazing. Everyone I show this place is always asking to come back and get more. “They serve excellent donuts, with 40+ different varieties. They serve fry cakes, which are can be hard to find at other donut shops. The people are very friendly too. This is my go-to donut shop from now on. Street parking was very easy on a Sunday morning.“
“I normally have a problem at the Dunkin I go to because either with the app or with the service and miscommunication between the staff. At this place, I didn't have a problem at all and the service was fast! It's small in there, but I was able to get the last table. It's very comfortable there!!“
