The girls that have been working and running this store never open on time never have anything ready or prepared by time they open up and are rude. There’s 1 older lady who works here and she is the only one who seems to care about her job and tries to pick up the slack of the younger ones. I drive here from 30 minutes away because some of the times the bengals are great but as far as service sucks. There’s always people waiting outside and end up leaving because of them not opening when they are supposed to so your store loses a lot of business and gives this store a bad reputation

First we pulled into the lot and there were so many men hanging out in the lot and it felt very unsafe. There was no seating inside. They closed indoor seating. My husband went with 1 of my daughters to get a coffee and a bagel and they made the coffee wrong and the bagel was stale.
Rude staff can't speak english and they give you nasty attitudes.

theres always people outside in the morning alot of spanish workers but by 9am theyve cleared out the sweats are okay if u go early in the morning when they are fresh but by 1 or 2 the stuff kinda

It's in the heart of Norristown so your gonna get some shady people hanging around but they are harmless. The ladies that work in there are very nice and quick. They remember you and most the time remember what u like as well and are always smiling .
