I visited this location today and ordered a medium hot vanilla latte with 2% milk. They took my order, I paid and they knowingly made my latte with skim milk (GROSS). They should have told me, the paying customer, they didn’t have 2% milk. Then ai could’ve order something else…In my opinion, this wasn’t good customer service so I will NOT be returning.

I went in yesterday and today, the same ppl were at drive thru, older Indian lady and older Indian man, I asked for midnight coffee, cream and sugar. Twice the coffee tasted so bitter, coffee looked like mud.. it's always these two ppl. Why does the coffee look like that at 5am. Should be fresh. Please train your staff to make fresh coffee.

This is my neighborhood dunkin and they see us just about every dunkinday. The staff occasionally gives my daughter a donut or throw in some hash browns for free. Thank you dunkin Johnson highway.

I pulled up the window. No one spoke one word to me, they took my payment. They gave me my food and handed me my card back. Hello not a thank you not my order total. Nothing absolute garbage location. Stay away these people have some serious issues.

I went to Dunkin Donuts to pick up a online order & THE EMPLOYEES forgot my other half of my order & the one that was taking orders at the time says to me “you’re too high”, I do not do any kind of drugs for him to even say that statement, after leaving I called the store over five times & received no answer. Your employees are very disrespectful & rude. That’s no way to talk to someone when they were the ones who forgot my order & I am a paying customer.

So, I went through the drive-thru, and got an everything bagel, double toasted with cream cheese, and it was perfect. After eating it, I decided to not go to Wawa for coffee, but to go back through the drive-thru, and get an iced coffee. Well, I asked that they use a little less ice, and they had the nerve to tack on an additional 50 cents! I questioned it, and told him to just make it with the regular amount of ice, and he said okay. I got to the window, and they hadn't removed the charge! I mentioned again to the lady at the window, and she said it was the policy! I could see that being the policy, if I had ordered a hot coffee, and asked for a cup of ice. Who does this? Apparently, this Dunkin location, so while I may get a bagel there, every now and then, I will not order an iced coffee; it wasn't even tasty or made the way I asked. Treat your customers better!

The Asian lady working the drive through is completely rude and unprofessional! The man who is a manager/owner is the exact same way. Some of the employees have attitudes when you can’t understand them because they don’t speak English. We have been ordering from this location for many years, but will take our business elsewhere now. Not that they will even care. So much for good customer service!!
