We just stopped in to try the new restaurant on Egypt rd, El Gordo Bros (previously Lumbrada Express). We had the quesabirrias tacos and they were absolutely amazing! These are corn tortilla tacos filled with steak, cheese and cilantro, grilled, then lightly dipped in a savory consommé sauce and served with a side of the consommé as well.
