Today I ordered a Hula Hawaiian I wish I could add a picture because what I received was a pepperoni pizza with pineapple everyone knows it's supposed to be ham and pineapple I ordered from the app and had it delivered so I had no choice but to try and still eat it very disappointing Norristown PA Little Caesars has been going thru a lot of negative changes Management's not good and employees don't want to work like they should for because they said they get paid less for doing too much and because of this us customers are suffering with their consequences.

Stole my money.. placed an order and they canceled it, kept my funds and are refusing to give a refund. Called the store and they hang up as soon as I mention the issue. Keep sending a bogus email saying I’ll receive a refund in 12 days..it’s been a month and then some.

So, I put in a mobile order at the facility on W Main St. In Norristown, I come pick up my order, and they tell me its gonna be a 15 minute wait. So im like ok I'll wait out in my car, and 10 minutes later I see how the workers walk out and leave in a car. I walk up to the store and its closed down, so I call the customer service number to inform them about the situation. They try to contact the store and no answer. They provided me with no solution, so now I have to inform my bank about this situation to claim my refund. Wasted an hour of my time at this place and got nothing out of it.

Stood w 10 others for 25!minutes before even being acknowledged. Girl removed about 25 pizzas from oven did not look at us and when a customer that ordered 8 pizzas said excuse me-she snapped back with an I don’t know what you ordered. Another 10 minutes a teen with his underwear showing in back came to front. Lady that ordered 8 pizza walked out with several others with no food.Complete chaos -pizza was cold and burnt. A manager needs to clean up this place. Dirty lobby, bunch of very unprofessional employees on Friday 1/26/24. My order was placed on app and even for hot and ready customers no pizzas were even available .

I just ordered $30 pizzas & it was the worst mistake I made in my life (only at this location). Someone posted a picture of cockroach running on the floor, I should take it seriously. Very poorly manage the place, I don't blame the staffs, I am sure this is a low pay job & they just try to do everything to survive. Next time I gonna stick with my DiGiornos, no more Little Caesars in this area.

Been trying to call the store all day to cancel an order that your online system placed for tomorrow instead of Sunday as I requested. I do not want the delivery and expect to be reimbursed for what i paid. When I call your store it goes to a call center that tells me there is nothing they can do.

Had to make two trips.1st pizza was the wrong one, and was totally in the center.2nd finally got it right, but wouldn't redo the cheesy bread or wings, which were then ice cold from two trips.Nothing like pulling up and seeing employees and guessing friends hanging out, in front of the place. Inside needs serious cleaning and updating!Not a big recommendation from me.

Little Caesar’s is always a good value for your money. However, speaking about our local store, you may want to re-think pizza night depending on what you want and how much time you have. For “hot and ready” pepperoni or cheese pizza, I’d say head right over. However, they are usually very busy , and ALWAYS extremely short staffed for the volume of food they are expected to sell. Workers are generally friendly, but visibly frustrated by lack of help. Don’t bother calling and ordering ahead for specialty stuff as I usually try to do to save time, because it’s never ready. I waited over a half hour last time for two deep dish pizzas that I had called in ahead 20 min. BEFORE my arrival. Actually, this tends to happen every time. Owners would definitely benefit from hiring more staff in order to boost moral, and allow for customers to get their food in a timely manor. Keep trying lil Caesar’s, we’ll give it another go next year.

I went to receive Veterans Day Complimentary Hot-N-Ready Lunch Combo ($5.99 value). It's great! Thank you Little Caesar's for your continued commitment to support our Service Members past and present.I truly appreciate you guys.Parking: Limited parking available. Having several fast food stores on the same corner makes it somewhat difficult to find space.

Ordered on September 3, 2023. There was a promo for free delivery. I was charged. Was also sent a regular drink when I ordered diet. Contacted customer service. Was told I'd get a refund to my account in 10 business days. Called 3 times. Got the sane response 10 business days. Today is October 9. It's been over a month. Customer service is lacking.
