Every couple of months or so I go to this location. And I regret it each and every time. Silly of me for thinking that the managers and staff might decide to give a dam about quality or patrons, or that they ever will! Their so-called beef patties are always gray and dry. Always. ALWAYS. The fries are CONSISTENTLY COLD NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY, and this rip-off franchise charges you 80 CENTS PER COLD MINISCULE CHICKEN NUGGET. That's more expensive than California. THE FRANCHISE SETS ITS OWN PRICES AND THIS FRANCHISE IS IN THE POOREST MOST POVERTY-STRICKEN PART OF TOWN. GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY. At this location the staff are rude, ignorant, and half of them don't speak English. Every single one that I have ever encountered has an attitude a mile long. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. Do not order food here. Overpriced dried out rotten garbage. Even for McDonald's this location is absolutely horrible thanks to its staff, managers, and owner. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY HAVE NO SELF-RESPECT SO THEY CAN'T BE ASHAMED.

Very bad attention from the employees, they ask you things in a bad way and what I ask for is never given to me as I ask for, the vegetables are always missing or they change the meat, there is no disaster and you start arguing with an employee there Maybe they throw the food at me

It's McDonald's..just like others. The girls at the pickup windows are nice. Service was pretty quick. Location.. eh, it's in the middle of Norristown sooo.... sometimes you'll get approached by homeless for any extra change you might have.
