Ordered Pasta with extra meat sauce. If there was extra meat sauce I would hate to see the standard meat sauce. I was told that we would get 4 garlic rolls with the (2) pasta orders that we placed. Got 1. Never received the salad dressings for the salads that we ordered.

Never made my order. I walked in to pick it up the girl who took it had a blank stare and acted like she had no idea that she order was ever placed (it was an extremely slow night). Since I couldn’t wait for the pizza I asked for a few slices and got nothing taken off or given as a way of saying sorry. Mistakes happen but how it was handled was extremely disappointing. Does a manager even work there? I saw an old man a sleep at a table but I think that’s their delivery guy.

I stopped in to grab a slice of pizza for my 6 yr old after a soccer game and realized I forgot my wallet and the apple cash wasn’t working for me! I apologized and went to leave and they gave my son the slice of pizza anyway ❤️ He declared it one of the best slices he ever had and it smelled delicious too. Thanks for your kindness, next time we are in the area we will be back!

I bought a plain pizza pie for my kids and myself and I was slightly disappointed.The prices are great but I can see why with the taste of the pizza. Pizza sauce was bland and there was more crust than pizza.

Delivered the wrong food . Still waiting almost 90 min later for the correct order . When I called to cancel and ask for a refund the person told me they were unable to process a refund .
We've been frequent customers over the last 6 years. Over the past 6 months the quality of online and phone ordering has drastically decreased. We've been left hanging on the phone, and the website has not worked. I've had to repeat my information many times.This weekend we ordered, and were told 45 minutes. After 1 hour 15 minutes, I called and was told the food was on its way and should be here in 5 minutes. I called again in 20 minutes and was told they could not find my order. I was told the owner would contact me but he hasn't. I called back the next day to talk with the owner because the charge was still on my credit card, and was told he was at another restaurant. I called that restaurant and was told he wasn't there either. I left a message there and haven't heard.I was contacted by the delivery man who told me he was also a manager. He was able to find the order and cancel it.I'm really sad that I have to end my relationship with them. Their food was good and the delivery man was great. My only interaction with the owner was really good and he was welcoming. However I feel I've been lied to. I doubt the owner ever heard any of this.This was only for the East Norriton restaurant.

I recently ordered a bacon cheeseburger with green pepper and provolone cheese , and French fries . My order can fast but one thing was wrong . My burger didn’t have bacon on it , so I called back . I relayed my concern and was treated with respect . After I told them my burger had no bacon . Before I could suggest the young lady asked if I wanted another burger delivered . I said yes and it came flawlessly, it was the “ BEST “ burger I’ve had in quite some time . They do great things there and I “ HIGHLY “ recommend you try their food . You will be more than satisfied as I am .
