I've tried this location several times. Once delivery anf four times carry out.Delivery was a mess . To quote the drive when he delivered an empty box " darn it not again". The fix for this was for them to deliver 2 pizzas.Carryout orders through the app have been mostly a miss on accuracy. With little to no response/ make right from the location on the three orders inaccurately filedIn short this location struggles to get an order correct and really does not seem to get the basics of customer service.It will be a long time before I try this location.

Avoid placing orders at this store all together. Delivery sucks and they’ll deliver to the wrong address. Management sucks and they do not communicate properly. Who is running this place? The managers sure aren’t.

The Papa John's in Trooper confuses me to no end. This restaurant is so inconsistent with their food. You could order pizza and wings several times and receive a perfect order then order one more time and get over cooked wings and a burnt pizza. I just don't get it. Don't they check the food when it comes out BEFORE they allow it to be given to the customers??? I recently ordered a pizza and it was absolutely burnt and dried out and the wings were chewy and over cooked. I don't get it?
