Love the dirty drinks. Very upset they don't have them anymore. The staff is always nice. Sometimes the lines are long and you wait awhile. Food is good for fast food.

Waited at the drive through for several minutes asking if anyone was available to take our order, no response so we drove away. Saw other cars do the same. Looked like only one person was inside working - I feel bad for them. Staff your restaurant or don't open.

Missing part of my order, and the incompetent of the staff to correct the matter. Just from speaking with the employee trying to correct the situation, I feel like I lost some brain cells! And the asinine employee tried to blame the driver, some businesses should be reviewing their employees behavior and their education in customer service!

I think the picture will speak for itself.I was asked you want raw onions or cooked. I said cooked and I got raw. I asked for double cheese and chilli. I got billed doubled but I got served less. Hotdog was cold and bun was hard cause it crumbled before it got to my mouth. The slushy had more color than flavor. The tater tots were perfectly fried cause they were hot. Overall food sucked and didn’t get what I paid for.

Nice job sonic with the bacon double cheeseburger I ordered through door dash . Old patty with no bacon and cheese melted on bun . Old lettuce . Paid 30 dollars for a blast and a bacon double cheeseburger. Spoke to manager . She stated she’s gonna make sure the kitchen does better . I feel so confident about her resolution lol make it make sense when charging the consumer for food . Terrible job

Was just here yesterday. Never been to a Sonic before and was looking forward to trying it. The place looked closed. No sign of anyone inside, the screens at the car park were off and the doors locked. We left and now reading these reviews it was a good thing we went someplace else. This location needs to be shut down permanently. Never had Sonic and I never will. I lost all interest in trying it.

Haven’t been to a Sonic before. Actually tried to order from this location months ago but the drive-thru line was extremely slow (waited 15-20min before I bailed). I tried again tonight because I was in the area and nothing else was open. Again waited forever and the food was mediocre. This branch is either extremely understaffed or the staff is getting high in the kitchen. Don’t recommend.

First time here. Service was fast and friendly. (Drive thru) I'm giving 4 stars for 2 cheeseburgers. 2 stars for a chicken sandwich and French fries, funny taste and smell.

Pulled into a stall for lunch and ordered. After 20 min of waiting tried to press the button and nobody answered. Tried to go inside but the door was locked. Tried to call the store but nobody answered. So we went into the drive through that barely moved and after another 20 min the guy said “we’re backed up we can’t take your order.” I said I just want a refund. He allegedly gave us a refund but didn’t even apologize. Won’t come here again.

Pulled up to drive through on a motorcycle. Sat for 5 mins or so with no one asking for my order. I drove to the window. Was ignored for another 60 seconds or so until I shouted in the window “is this a secret club or you guys selling burgers”? We answer the window for orders o my explained the kid. Your motorcycle is t heavy enough he explained.So you guys have a system in place for sending and receiving orders that doesn’t even work, and have them installed on a nationwide scale ??‍♂️ that’s pretty funny ?? well you lost my business today. Whoever designed this system is an actual nitwit. Foods great/service is great but you guys are one of the biggest fast food failures with that laughable system in place. Couldn’t pick up a 450 pound bike with a 190 pound rider. Sounds like you guys have some SERIOUS issues.
