When I try to go at night, the dining room is always closed an hour before the posted close time, the manager on duty, I don’t know her name, is rude and condescending. Terrible customer service and long wait times.

How hard is it to look at a screen, put the proper item in the bag and double check the order before handing it to the customer? If you can't be bothered to do that, and serve what people pay for with hard-earned money, then you deserve to be fired. Expect the wrong "food" from here.

Places don't know customer service anymore. I had workers turn to look at me as I waited for the cashier to come to the register to take my order and not say a word. They didn't acknowledge that I was standing there or tell the cashier that a customer was waiting. Not even a simple we'll be right with you. I waited a few minutes and no one came up to the registers so I left.
Whenever I have gone in here I get stared at for like a full five mins ..knowone greets me knowone takes my order and I have seen them go as far as not doing a thing while looking at me and still not come over to the register. When they finally do..no greeting not friendly at all and then I am waiting forever. Theres is hardly ever condiments out or sodas in the machine and the bathroom was not clean.

They did not tell me that they were out of baked potatoes when I pulled up. I went back around for them to say “ oh you ordered a baked potato “. So they knew I didn’t get it and played STUPID!!! Then I get home to find out that they didn’t give me the whole order!!!! Customer service at Audubon Wendy’s SUCKS!!!!!!
