I always go thru the drive thru. Sandwiches are great. I tried their fries twice- gonna pass on them from now on. Philly Chicken, Phly steak, Buffalo chicken sandwiches are worth the trip!

Waste of money!! $31 for 2 sandwiches and a shake. Worst ever!! We took like 2 bites and threw them away. Beef was terrible, buffalo chicken, inedible.the only good thing was the shake.
I think the language barrier is the problem, once again, I order two large fries, and I get sent off with one regular fry. The food was pretty good though.

I got food poisoning from this place. When I reached out to customer service about getting a refund for my order, I was promised the supervisor would contact me about issuing me a refund. It’s been over a month later and no one has contacted me for my refund. I will never eat here again, because I don’t trust that this place is safe to eat and clearly the customer service is incompetent. Please do not eat here. It’s overpriced and you could get sick.

Expensive and hides charges for food. My food had an extra charge that I didn't see due to the small print . No one said anything about the up charge to me.

This is by far the worst Charleys they are privately owned. They do not answer their phone. When you call in terms of customer service we received our order we paid for extra steak on the sandwiches. They came with less than their regular portion. Fries was missing two drinks were missing. We also asked for no onions due to an allergy and both sandwiches came with onions.We called the 800 number and they stated that this is a privately owned location, this is the worst location you can go to my recommendation do not go there do not order from there.
