I would like to make you aware of my experience at your D.Q. North Versailles location. On Saturday, May 10, 2023 at apprx. 5:45pm I ordered a banana split. It came with 2 tiny mounds of ice cream 1 teaspoon pineapple 2 strawberry slices and a little drizzle of chocolate on the side of the container. There was a good amount of bananas on this. This was partially hidden by the whipped cream. I went up to the window to ask for some chocolate syrup in a little cup as there was no chocolate syrup on the ice cream. The young man at the window left and the black haired manager came to the window. She said she had to see the banana split before she would give me any chocolate syrup. She said to bring it up to the front window. I was at the drive thru window. I walked back to the car and then up to the front window. The "manager" proceeded to tell me that their policy is to not give extra toppings and my banana split was partially eaten. I said I am only asking for a little chocolate syrup as there was none on my ice cream. I was not asking for extra toppings. This "manager" was rude and unprofessional. To cause such a fuss over a little bit of chocolate syrup is very poor customer service to say the least. Furthermore, she was deliberately trying to make a fool out of me by asking me to bring the banana split up to the front window, when we were parked along the back of the parking lot eating.. I wanted to bring this to your attention because this manager has absolutely no customer service skills and should not be a manager or dealing with the public. Due to her rude and ignorant behavior we will never frequent your establishment again. It is a small issue but it is the point of how she treated me and spoke to me. She is not management material.
