We were in the area for a competition & decided to check this place out for lunch. We had a pretty good experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. They made sure they got our order correctly by repeating it a few times & I really appreciate that. The establishment was clean and had good vibes as well.Now on to the chicken! It was chicken. lol It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t mind blowing. It was just chicken. Well cooked & fresh chicken. There wasn’t much flavor on the tenders or the breading but the sauce seemed to help with that. The sauce was really good.While I can’t say I’ll ever see myself randomly saying “Wow, I could really go for some raising cane’s right now.” It wasn’t a bad experience. I just find that chic-fil-a, Popeyes & Coen’s strips are better & have much more craveability.

Big time cane fan, was here last night with my partner and we ordered our food like normal. As we were waiting our name was called to which someone (with the same name) else ran up and took what we assumed was our food as they had ordered after us. We waited a bit to see if “our” name would be called and later another of our same name got called with a different order and no one came to receive it. Once we had realized our order got jacked by someone else we went up to explain the situation. The person that handled that with us was great and easy, however once they relayed this information to whomever was behind the line they began immediately showing frustration and began audibly complaining trying to source who’s “fault” it was and began cursing in frustration in having to fix the mistake. Which i mean cmon I wasn’t thrilled either that my food got jacked but I also didn’t need to hear the audible irritation and cursing in having to remake our order (which they only remade half of and we decided to take the other persons box that was called because why would I wanna hear him get even more upset at us for something not completely our fault?) I work in food service myself and I get it can be frustrating but damn I doubt I’ll return to this location if the staff doesn’t have an issue audibly complaining and cursing over a simple mistake. It’s never that serious dude.

First, I want to say that the staff is excellent & always nice!The first time we went we got the wrong order given to us. The second time they forgot our sauces (you pay for each one).The last 2 times we have gone they have been spot on!The food is always good, though I wish that the bread was grilled the way it looks in the advertisements. But, the chicken & sauce & fries are all great. Not a fan of the coleslaw so we just get double fries (& stop at Popeyes & get Mac & Cheese). But, I always see staff cleaning up & keeping it looking nice & it always is a good experience. The staff is nice & friendly & even when they have messed up in the beginning they were very nice! We love going to Cane's every week & everyone has always been fantastic. Great staff & good food! It is pricey, but it is good.

Chicken taste like bad kfc. Fries aren't good at all. Sauce isn't flavorful or good, plus only 1 sauce flavor. Workers are super kind, but it doesn't make up for the trash food. Only saving grace is the Texas toast. Should have put in a Huey Magoo's instead.

Overpriced chicken tenders. The straps had no flavor to them. They were basically fried chicken spoons to scoop the Cane sauce into your mouth with. The fries were limp and seemed undercooked. The best parts of the meal were the Texas toast and the sweet tea.
