“From the tasting to after the wedding, Bredenbeck’s was amazing! The cake came out EXACTLY how I expected it to. It was beautiful! And it tasted amazing! All of my guests really loved every layer (each one was a different flavor). We had a small issue with the filling but Bredenbeck’s rectified the issue right away and took accountability! I look forward to visiting them for another cake order in the future!“

I had a special birthday this year and some great friends were flying in to help me celebrate. I had traveled with these friends and had many wild experiences, one of which was a very specific picture this fantastic bakery not only replicated flawlessly but made it oh so much better. I didn’t read any reviews for this company so my review is strictly based on FACTS. I highly recommend Jason, for future reference because his customer service, infinite subject matter expertise and downright GREAT moral compass is always on full display. As a former talent manager, Jason is the total package! He is the consummate professional and his knowledge of the menu without looking at it is phenomenal. Jason recommended several dishes and his recommendations were excellent. We rotate each recommended dish each visit. Jason is professional, friendly, morally centered and he me feel like it wasn’t just a dining experience. Despite it usually being full most times we dine, Jason checked on us several times and he intuitively knew what to say and do. “Cute little shop! Amazing pastries, some items you wouldn't even realize is gluten free! The gluten free cupcakes were amazing and the kiffles melted in my mouth! Wish I lived closer but would def come out of my way to come here! Only negative was the front staff did not seem to want to be there... customer service is a big part of the business as well, but maybe she was just having a bad day. :)“

“This place was very good. This was our first time coming here. We had a very short wait which was a welcome surprise since it was a Saturday around noon. My son had the red velvet pancakes and liked it (he said 4/5). I had the braised beef Benedict and it was awesome. Great flavor and eggs were poached perfectly. Service was definitely 100%. Never waited for anything. You can tell all the people working here care. I highly recommend this place for a great brunch. I will be back for sure!!“

“Authentic, cheap and super tasty Mexican food!! Loved how friendly the staff was and the music playing made me feel right at home. Went with an order of 3 different tacos on their super soft flour tortillas that were charred perfectly and topped with a good amount of cilantro and raw onions. The barbacoa(pulled pork) was my favorite out of the three because of how flavorful, tender and juicy the meat was. Could eat that with plate of rice and beans every day easily. The tinga and the lengua were also super delicious and must try options when coming here. Those sauces tho they have at every table just made the tacos even better. Loved the spicy red sauce and the green sauce chilled it down just a tad to add a beautiful balance that made every taco a delight.“
“Matthew Holland: Great atmosphere, great people, great pizza, and even a great name for a worthy establishment. I found out about this place because it is located near the So Much To Give Cafe establishment that I work at. To treat myself after a rewarding shift there, I went over to Olce’s to take out some pepperoni pizza. I was worried when I heard that my take out order would take 40 minutes, but was relieved when the pizza came 10 minutes earlier than expected. While I was waiting, I took a night walk around the area as well as talked to Amy, who is one of the kind employees who works for this restaurant. She was of fine company and very friendly. I proceeded to share the pizza with my twin brother Tyler which we both enjoyed to the maximum. The pizza was more enjoyable than the stuff at other places like Bravos or PaIermo’s due to Olce’s possessing pizza with thinner crust and less greasy pieces of pizza. Just perfection. The pizza reminded Tyler of sweet, sweet Boboli pizza, while for me, it was more than just the pizza’s flavorful taste when I put it in my mouth. This pizza gave me a new memory to think about and also serves a kind reminder that I should return to Olce’s sometime next week or two.“

Have been to most of the locals places and nothing else really comes close.
