Staff tries but Management is horrible. Manager has no customer service skills. Avoid this Dunkin...go to the Whitehall one by Weis which is cleaner and has better management.

Horrible. Sitting here in line for about 15 minutes now. Their iced coffee always has a different taste. Sometimes they add sugar sometimes they don’t. Sometimes I get a 1/2 cup of cream sometimes a splash. Consistency is never the same. Please calibrate those automatic dispensers. Horrible here.

The girls here are awesome! My iced coffee is always on point, breakfast sandwiches always good. This location is very busy so getting here early if you are on your way to work is key!

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Just went and ordered 3 bagels and they gave me 2 bagels and one of them was wrong! When I went back they gave me attitude and still got one of the bagels wrong the second time. By far the worst dunkin i’ve ever been to as well as the worst customer service I have ever had. Don’t waste your money

I ordered a dunkin midnight coffee w almond milk n a multigrain bagel toasted dark w extra cream cheese. When i got to window ,female worker said they're out of multigrain bagels, I asked what they did have. I selected the sesame bagel. When i got my order there was not napkins in the bag n female worker said " didn't know you needed napkins, ugh!!! n when I opened my coffee it was only Luke warm n bagel was gummy n barely toasted. CAN ANYTHING BE DONE RIGHT ANYMORE!!!!.

A food safety review found 3 violations on Feb 1 23.Not wearing hair nets, ice damning in walk in freezer, and temp devices for food equipment monitoring were not readily available. Maybe that is why the food is burnt per one commentor. Their coffee use to be superb but no more. Do not recommend this DD

WORST PLACE!!!!! never have enough staff, drive thru wait is always atleast 15 mins. Products are ridiculous iced coffee barely any ice and warm. When paying $$ for your order you have an expectation. They need to close their doors until they have better staff, and trained staff on how to make coffee correctly.

Avoid this location like the plague. It doesn’t matter when you order in the app, it’s never ready or it’s wrong. They are as slow as can be and the coffee is horrid at this one.

i usually don’t leave reviews at all but this was just so awful i had to, the 2 girls who took my order and made my drink were so rude and snippy and when she gave me my drink it was completely the wrong thing i asked for and she didn’t care at all, worst and rudest costumer service from a dunkin ever
