Carry out pizza from Buffalo road pizza hut in Erie pa. The manager Nina was very rude and not willing to exchange my garlic sauce for marinara sauce same price. Same size container but told me she wasnt able to swap it out. After arguing with her I finally gave up and went home. Get home open my pizza and she didnt even include the garlic sauce she was making the big deal about. I called back to talk to manager and low and behold Nina was the manager. She was even ruder to me over the phone this time. I did call district manager next day (Tony) left a message. 2 days later left another message. As of today Tony still hadn't returned my call. I did call and talk to another district manager at thier corporate office and her name was Mary who was very nice and accommodating. I will not frequent that restaurant again and Nina needs a few training sessions on customer service. So rude!!!

Good deals for price, but all three of our pizzas we're too salty and tomato sauce was sour, probably from overcooking.
