Nick exclusively works with PBG which made it very easy to coordinate logistics. We were also able to taste a selection of his food prior to our wedding day as well. You can’t go wrong with the cooked goose. My one guest said “there was no need for a knife at the table as you could easily cut the chicken and beef with a fork as it fell apart it was soooo tender and delicious.“

“We absolutely loved working with FCC for our wedding (at the Edgewood Club)!! Everyone we worked with was kind, patient, helpful, and responsive. We especially enjoyed working with Carrie - she was great to communicate with and worked so hard to help give us the wedding of our dreams. FCC worked flexibly with us to plan the menu that worked best for us and stayed within our budget. We loved our tasting but the food on our wedding day still exceeded our expectations! We got so many compliments and the meat was cooked perfectly, which I know is tough to do when you're cooking for so many people. “I held my daughter's 2nd birthday party at Millie's South Fayette! The room itself is darling, and perfectly set-up to host family and friends for socializing, eating, and enjoying ice cream. The staff accommodated all my needs/asks and bringing in my own food was a great advantage. They even wrote a beautiful birthday message on the chalkboard!
