Today was my first time being here and to be honest I was overwhelmed with so many options and didn’t know what to do. One of the team members must have noticed I looked lost and greatly assisted me in selecting all the pastries I desired. Excellent customer service and astomphere. I will definitely be back! This bakery really is a gem and I can't recommend it enough that you visit. Reasonably priced, great tasting, unbelievable variety. If it's your first time visiting it can be a little overwhelming. Parking fills up fast, especially on weekends. Dine in food and drinks can be ordered from your phone or kiosks in the dining area. If you're getting something from the bakery I would suggest perusing the cases first and getting your ticket when you're ready. Just walk up to any counter when your ticket number is called and someone will take your order and tell you what register to go to. It can be a little hectic but it is beyond worth it.Parking: The parking lot in front of the store is small and fills up fast but the bakery has another larger lot about half a block away.
Oakmont bakery was an experience. You walk in and can grab a number that will eventually be called for ordering. The inside is huge with a lot of seating and has a very large variety to choose from. It was honestly a bit overwhelming. They have tons of cookies, cakes, pastries, breads, and even hot foods! As someone who had never been here I grabbed a number right away not knowing how intense the selection process would be or how quickly the numbers would be called. I wasn’t ready by the time they called my number so I looked around a bit longer and then grabbed another number when I was closer to deciding. We ended up choosing the almond cupcake and cinnamon roll with maple icing and nuts on top. I’d never seen either of these before so I figured why not! The cinnamon roll was amazing! The almond cupcake had a beautifully made sponge but it had absolutely no flavor which was a big disappointment. As I was leaving I saw they also had fries and I wish I had a chance to try them because they looked fantastic. Although I was disappointed with the cupcake I’d definitely come back and give one of the many other options a try!Also the parking is kind of a mess. The lot is really small and the spaces are pretty tight and turning to get out is a little annoying as well but at least there is some parking!
Baguettes are trash. It's just Italian loaf. Other items are good.

Ordered a vanilla cake along with several other items. Vanilla would typically be associated with a white cake. When opening the box I found a tag stating yellow. Cut the cake and noticed it was a yellow cake. Called the bakery to make them aware and was told that their vanilla is a vanilla flavored yellow cake & their vanilla almond flavored cake would be a white cake. The person filling my order should've informed me of this before I purchased. The person I spoke to on the phone when I called in offered no resolve . Getting the wrong cake is bad enough but when customer service is non- existent it warrants not going out of my way to return. Disappointing.

Ordered a birthday cake which was so delicious. I always try to get something different because each one has its own style and taste. Their buttercream icing is very good. They are very quick so the line goes down quickly. There is a separate line for ordering cakes but I was not aware of that. I normally order the cakes online but this time I went into the store .I was very happy with the service I received. The cake is delicious
