Traveled from Pittston and had a terrible experience. I arrived and ordered a pie and was told to pay cash app, 25 minute wait. I was the only customer there the whole wait time. No problem sat in the sun with my toddler Waited 35 minutes when I was told there was a oven issue to give another 10-15 minutes. I said i cant he said ok 9-10 minutes. I said no I cant its fine because my Uber was arriving. I was hoping for my refund but nothing. When I called to address the issue he lied and said he ran after behind me with the pizza. Which was a lie. Bad business and i’ll be sure to take the proper channels to receive my refund! Because regardless the error was not on my end.
First of all, Mike and Kristina Calogero are super nice people, so friendly, and do the best they can when they make their pizza. They always want it perfect for their customers. I myself, family in Clark Summit , and other friends of mine, think it is the BEST you can get anywhere. The crust and everything on it is perfect. Nothing missing. Delicious! Nice and light too. You can eat it and eat it and eat it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Absolute terrible service over the phone. Tried to order 2 trays of pizza over the phone and in the background, someone was yelling they could not find the index cards for orders for today. Then the person said I couldn’t order pizza that way and I should have known better to not have asked for a tray of red and a tray of white with broccoli. Then the person on the phone proceeded to tell me I could not pick up my order for the time I wanted and that I should known better when calling Calogero’s. Absolute awful tone of voice and beyond disrespectful. Told the person over the phone they will not be getting my business from here on out and the person stated “good, I don’t want your business.”
