Came in to get two sandwich’s which were in my opinion were quite simple and they got them wrong and when I came back to tell them and get them re-done they got them wrong again and when I came back a second time the manager just told me to pick off what what wrong with it.
Customer service awful. I hate when associates look at you, don't acknowledge you, and continue doing whatever it is they are doing.

The shift from fast food to whatever McDonalds is trying to become is the absolute worst decision made. The new set up and seating is unorganized and not effective to say the least. With the overbearing lazy nature of mobile ordering the staff are a non stop conveyor of food past all the patrons waiting inside and around the drive thru vehicles. They have increased the ordering capacity ten fold and reduced the amount of kitchen staff. All factors lead to a highly disappointing and frustrating experience. Now tag on the new price hike for the same old greasy heart attack in a bag like it’s some sort of other than fast food experience. My recommendation take your money else where until McDonald’s remembers hot to be McDonald’s.
This is the worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Drive through seemed to be way more important than front counter so weird because I actually work at a fast food restaurant and we make sure all customers are taken care of. Anyways we walk in and there’s teens talking about sex. Waited 30 minutes to get someone to take my order. Some Kid came back in from a smoke break smelled like strong weed “oh yea I can take ur order” then waited another 30 minutes for our food. I understand places get busy but we were ignored,the place was filthy,do better McDonalds hire better people stop making drive thru #1 pay attention to both front counter is important too. it’s not that hard. I ain’t coming back to this nasty restaurant

The manager is EXTREMELY rude to customers and employees. I absolutely DREAD going in there when I am picking up orders because of this lady. She puts down her employees and yells at them for the smallest thing. She's horrible and she needs to be fired if anything. Customer service is about being polite to everyone this lady doesn't have a polite bone in her body. I'm actually thinking about calling corporate. She's extremely rude to me every time I go in there. She's just disgusting it makes me sick.

I asked her if I could show her the order details on my phone and she sighed. She ask if my name was Benjamin (I am a brown female) and before I could say no, the real Benjamin comes out of his car and tells her that it is his order. She walks away without apologizing. I sit in my curbside parking spot for another 20 minutes, during which two other cars come and get there food at the curbside and leave. I am thinking they have forgotten about me so I go through the drive thru, and at the speaker I am told that it is my fault for not staying at the curbside spot and that an employee came out to give me my food but I wasn’t there. I tell them I am sorry, but I waited for 20 minutes, during which I got the wrong order. The lady at the speaker tells me to pull up to the front window, where another employee finally hands me my food, but makes sure to yell at me for not being in the curbside spot. I say for the second time what has happened and she states she has no idea what I am talking about. When I go to say thank your for my food, she slams the window close. I will never going to this location during lunch because they obviously can’t handle the lunch rush and take it out on the customers. It took me 40 minutes to get my mobile order. And of course food was cold.
