I don’t understand all the bad reviews… I’ve been coming to this shop for 10 years and have always had a positive experience. Today I went in and received great customer service, my hoagie was ready fast, and it tasted great! Thank you guys.
Went to this location to buy a hoggie (which I used several times before) on Sunday at 10:10 AM. Store was supposed to open at 10AM but doors were locked. Workers inside saw me standing outside but nobody came to open the door so I left. I won't be back. They just lost a customer.

Picked up our tray of hoagies this morning; delicious hoagies, but I was driven to write about the customer experience - from the ordering (easy peasy!), to when I called to change our pickup time (the gentleman was so kind on the phone), to our pickup ~ the guy helping my husband was timely, kind, made sure we had everything we needed, etc. We'll be back for certain!! Thank you!
