I really really wanted to give this place a shot. They've forgotten my drink when I ordered for delivery. Forgotten my cheese sticks on delivery and they have no instructions on the app so when I called them to modify the order they didn't modify even when I told them I ordered online and there were no instructions for me to tell them. Got there and had to wait 20 minutes for my order because I thought they understood on the phone. Even when they forget my drink or food while delivery and I call them back to remind them like hey you forgot this. They said they'll come right back and I've waited 45 minutes. Food is delicious but even domino's have better services.

I ordered a New York style pizza from here and it was pretty good. However, it would've been better if it had a bit more sauce. The service was good but I would say that the atmosphere there isn't somewhere you can sit and relax.

Made a mistake while ordering online. Called to add an additional pizza to the order. Told me it wouldn't be $7. Had to order online for that deal. Asked about cancelling the order. Told me I had to do it myself but could not find anywhere to do it on the app. Then they wouldn't honor a coupon I had. Now I'm glad I didn't get that third pizza as we'll be throwing out the remainder, which is a whole tray. Only ate it cuz we were hungry.

This fundamental element of a pizza is critical to the overall enjoyment of the meal, and when it's not up to standard, it significantly diminishes the quality of the dining experience.Attention to Detail: A recent order also revealed that the pizza was not cut properly, a basic yet important detail that speaks to the overall attention given to the customer's experience. Got food poisoning also my food was late by 20 mins and I guess the guy messed up my order because I was watching the dude in the back making something then the manager went over to him threw what he just had made out and made him make a new one as I waited another 10 minutes
