It's not very common you find a slice of southern cooking in PA but when I found this spot I knew I was in for something good. Tried the Mac and Pork, got enough that I was full and brought some home!

One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at.I wrote this place off originally because it is a goofy name, with a goofy Cartoon Donkey, and sandwiched between a Vape Store and a gas station, but what a lesson in how looks can be deceiving!My brisket sandwich was cooked perfectly, made fresh. The bread was delicious.My favorite part was the fact that the fries are hand cut at the restaurant! I am coming back next week and the week after that.It did take a while to cook, but that's because, as they already tell you, they make each thing fresh for you right then and there.One of the best kept secrets of the entire area! Bring your kids!

Everything about this place was just such a great experience. The owner came out and got me when my food was ready and talk about a warm, friendly personality. Made me feel very welcome and appreciated. I got the brisket grilled cheese and onion rings. When I opened the box my jaw dropped. I was very pleased to find out the food was just as tasty as it looked! 12/10 would eat here again and bring my friends. Worth the hr drive!

I didn’t realize at first that this place was a southern food joint. The BBQ is REALLY GOOD (and that’s from someone who isn’t a big BBQ fan). We had an order of ribs and the pulled pork sandwich and were very happy with both orders. The spicy fried chicken sandwich was awesome, they use a hot pepper sauce on top of the chicken - delicious.The owner and service are super friendly and the interior is very clean.We will be back!!

Just stopped by for a quick bite while working. Let me tell you, absolutely AMAZING! I got the smoke brisket mac n cheese empanda and fried pickles. It was the best I have had in a long time! The owner was so nice and service was fast! Definitely going back to try more of their food sometime.
