I don't know what happened over the years, but today you lost a long time customer. I called and the customer service was 0. If someone calls, asks what specials you have and the response is we have the same ones every day....I don't order from you every day, this was a "treat" and was actually excited to spend my $$ there. Not any more. Disappointed. Do better.

Pizza places charge too much plus fees and taxes. You feel bad when you can't tip the driver, but the store needs to consider that. If my order is over 35 dollars, don't ask for a tip

Ordered at 5:50. Food arrived at 7:38! I ONLY ordered small pizza and chicken strips. Took so LONG delivery, I offered to go get it!

My food was close to an hour and a half being delivered. It was cold. Tried to call them to see if it was being delivered- no answer 3x. Called back this morning to ask for a refund - the lady was being very accusatory and rude. She was going to refund me a store credit for $2 because the garlic bread was missing from my order. I told her that was unacceptable bc the entire order was very late cold and incomplete. She asked me if I kept the food overnight- like was she expecting me to bring it back in? This lady was so unreasonable. She tried to tell me that from 7:53-8:59 was less than an hour. She then was going to just refund the food - like seriously!?! Fees and delivery tip etc was double the cost of the food. She supposedly gave me an in house refund credit for the whole thing. I’m so shook up - I wasn’t expecting this simple request to be such an ordeal. Very rude. Will not be back or recommending to anyone ever.

Over 40 minutes to get my pizza said it’ll be done in 15 to 20. While waiting inside for them to acknowledge me phone rang on and on and on and no one answered. Not sure if this relates to all Vocelli Pizza but Customer Service and time not in the customers best interest. I’ll read the food after I actually eat some. Still haven’t got it.

Tonight we ordered a large pizza when it arrived. It was paper thin. The pizza was see through it was so thin. I called to complain and the manager told me in a rude tone that They only had medium dough so they had to stretch it out to make large pizzas! Basically you’re getting charged for a large pizza and you’re getting the dough of a medium pizza. The manager knew this and only when I was upset did she change her tone. This is a pretty shady business. Please see photos. This was Penn Hills Vocelli on Frankstown Road.The Manager kept mumbling her name so I wouldn’t understand it. I asked if she said Kristy/Christy, she said yes but I’m still not sure.Message sent to ??1/06/2024

But this place gets it right!I had pizza and wings delivered and the food came quick and was piping hot. The delivery person was also very friendly.Service is great, prices are great! Give them a try!

My friend orders from here all the time. Never a bad pizza. Always hot and plenty of toppings! Hoagies and wings are great also. She always gets the wings well done and they are very crispy! Delivery is also very fast. No complaints!

I haven't ordered from this location for years and this visit reminded me why and I'll never be back. I do have to say the employees were friendly but the food and accuracy wasn't. Ordered hunger buster...LG 1 topping pizza, sandwich, bread sticks and 2 liter. Pizza had 2 toppings and was cold and had additional topping of sausage (which i don't even like), sandwich didn't have toppings I ordered or dressing on the side as ordered and the bread sticks were just blah...tough dough. $30 for the order to not be right and I'm not going to call after a long day of work when I just got home @ 9:45 and wanted to enjoy my dinner. Just never going back...

Why are delivery drivers the last to be served? We have the same clients. We also lose time and the client gets a cold meal. I would not order online orders from this pizzeria as they think of customers waiting for their food at home?
