Made online order. Went to pick up order and they have no Coke in machine. Tell me they need to refill machine and I say I'll wait in car. Come back in 10 minutes later and tell me they are out of Coke. Why am I paying for a combo with a drink and can't get a drink. Poor customer service and uninformed staff. I had choice ow which location to visit and wouod not have chosen this location if out of Coke.

We had the original hot and the Korean BBQ. The flavor of the Korean sauce was good but the wings (all drums btw, only two flats in an order of 15) were dry and tough, almost if they had been par cooked and reheated at least once. Fries were sad too.

Food was pretty good; we were there for about an hour and trash from other customers was left on other tables the entire time. It seems to be a weird Wingstop thing where they have trashcan to bus your own tables. Some staff just standing around on their phones and earbuds the whole time.

Just Me

After receiving cold food upon delivery I complained on Facebook and received a $35 gift card. I figured ok I'll try again. When I went to apply the gift card, which you can only do online or in the app, there was no option to apply the gift card. After calling the store directly I was told I still have to enter a CC #! What I ordered was less than the value of the gift card so I don't understand that. Until this place gets new management I won't be back even for free

Been here 3 times now, once for a chicken sandwich and twice for the 70 cent boneless wings.Each time the chicken was horribly under sauced, which made the chicken sandwich dry as hell and unpleasant, and its obvious the owner is cheap and trying to cut costs by reducing sauce consumption.I bought ranch with each order and paid $1.50 per cup for them to be barely half full.Owner must be a cheap penny pincher and its embarrassing. Not worth going to at all, and I'm not returning unless I hear of a change of management.

Terrible & incompetent staff. They fail to accommodate customers needs when half of the food is missing from the order. They will not fix the issue nor offer refunds. Beware & be sure to check your food before leaving the premises. If not you are out of your hard earned money!

I have never seen a slower establishment in my life, did an online order and waited over an hour to receive my cold food. The guy behind the counter, left the counter with at least 8 people in line to go sweep the dining room. Never seen anything like it. They don’t use gloves and say they just use hand sanitizer, unbelievable.

I went there on a Tuesday and noticed a window sign that offered 70 cent boneless wings, with the provision that you order a minimum of 10. I ordered 10 with the Lousiana Rub spice. I decided to add a bit to my order and got a regular fries and the fried corn. At that point, I was requested to pay and the cashier pushed a cup my way asking if I wanted to tip. I declined. I'm not sure where the entitlement has come from, but I tip for service, not because someone expects it. I'm not sure handing someone a bag warrants a tip for service.Had she given me even a moderate level of service, I might have considered it. The places that make no effort to upsell amazes me. I was given no consideration, having no idea where or if condiments were available, and was never offered to purchase a drink while I waited. Everything was kind of flat, but she expected a tip. The cashier was on the phone while I was at the counter, and it seemed like a personal call. As a result, I got no help beyond grunts as I ordered. The whole place was kind of flat and non descript, just a cold waiting room. The fried corn turned out to be not worth the effort or the price. For $4.19, I got about 5 slices of corn, with maybe 3 rows of corn on each one. The spice was hot and heavy, completely overtaking any corn flavor. The fries were about average at $3.49. They were also average in flavor, not bad but certainly not great. The chicken gave me the same feeling. I'm not sure the meal was worth $16 for what I got. Some of the chicken was fine, but about half of the pieces were small lumps, and just not that good. The seasoning was acceptable, but there was nothing that hit me as outstanding or worth double digit prices. A little customer service would have gone a long way. As it is, I wouldn't go back and couldn't recommend it to anyone else.

All fountain drinks were not carbonated and watered down. When I said something about it to the woman worker she was passive aggressive, and no gloves were used when packaging food in the back.
