They read the comments that I put on each order of special requests, and not a single thing was missing. “We got the cheese steak cali style (with tomato, lettuce, onion, pickles, and mayo), a strawberry shake, and a root beer float. The cheese steak was really good: the cheese was nice and melty, there was a large portion of steak, the cali style had the perfect combo of veggies and I love the finishing touch of mayo on the roll. The root beer float was delicious and refreshing and normally, you can't beat a Stewart's root beer on a giant scoop of vanilla ice cream, however, the strawberry shake did (unfortunately) beat out the OG float for us. It was nice and sweet, refreshing, and had the right creamy consistency you'd expect from the perfect milkshake, it also had slices of strawberry mixed, which I thought was a nice finishing touch. Definitely will be grabbing a growler of root beer the next time we swing back to Vineland, NJ.“

“Rays Subs are always on point. Food always tastes fresh and you can tell they take their time preparing each order. I normaly place an order for pickup and they always have the food ready within 5-10mins. As soon as you go in the store you feel welcome, everyone is friendly and their service is prompt. I would say the shift wasn't excellent, I would say it was perfect. I would say that this bar doesn't set the bar for service when these two work, I would say it is the measuring stick that the bar (on a limbo level) needs to be set at.Not only did the (beautiful by the way) bartenders make me feel welcome, they made me feel like family. I honestly couldn't imagine another place I'd rather be on a Monday night. Home? For what? A disappointing evening of marital stress and ultimate regret? I'd rather be here, at a place where like Norm, Sam and Diane in another town many years before established a repor where everybody truly knows your name.And it's not just the service. The food. The creative specials along with the iconic staples keep this bar hip and fresh. 20/10. Chef Alan kills it.But overall, this is the place you need to be. I'll probably come back. I'll probably bring a friend or two. But if I don't, I want my review etched in the halls of history long after we are all gone, this is the place to be. These are the people to see. “Anything I've ever tried off their menu has been excellent. My favorite just happens to be a cheesesteak or cheese fries and this is the only place I get the cheese put on the fries and not the side and they don't get soggy. That is a huge plus for me. They also have great wings.“

No seating. I had the cheese steak with fried onions. The sandwich had ample amount of steak, cheese and onions. It was served on a soft roll, just my opinion a seeded roll would have pushed it to 5 star.“

“The Burger Bar is located in the back part of the same building that houses Gallo's Restaurant. There is a separate entrance in the back and there is access to the seafood restaurant from inside the burger bar. I stopped in for a lunch with a coworker and beat the crowd, so we had our choice of seating. The small patio facing the parking lot seemed nice and private, there is also table and bar seating. The server was very nice and kept tabs on us. He highly recommended the Smokehouse Burger - Smoked, Bacon, Crispy Onion Strings, House Barbecue Sauce and Cheddar at $15. I believe he mentioned they are 8 oz. burgers and the menu states they are "fresh house ground certified angus chuck, hand pressed" and are served with a side of sea spuds (house fries seasoned with old bay). The tap list featured around a dozen different beers. They had a couple of craft handles. The wait was brutal. 30 minutes to get two burgers out was beyond annoying. I'm not sure what the staffing situation was, but the bar was almost empty and the restaurant was about a quarter full. (you walk by the seafood restaurant if you make a pit stop to the bathroom). When the burgers arrived they were pretty darn tasty. The flavors went well together and the burger itself was cooked to my liking. Juicy but not greasy drippy meat, decent bun, legit crispy onion strings (the store bought ones repeat on me these did not!) and tasty bacon. The bun and toppings held together well and didn't slide around. The waffle fries aka sea spuds were ok, seasoned well and the cheese sauce was a great companion to them. Overall, I'd return hoping that the wait we encountered was an anomaly. The server was very apologetic. In this area of Philly I'm not sure you'll find a much better burger!“

“I always pass this place and decided to give it a try. I had the chicken strips and my girlfriend had the hot wings. Both were tasty as well as the fries. The biscuits were really good. The cashier was really nice and I like that the refills were free. I can't wait to try their fish sandwich and burgers as well.“

“We love Franks and order from there often. I use Uber eats for delivery but today when my order was delivered I was missing a whole chicken cheesesteak. So I called the restaurant and the girl I spoke with was baffled and said she pack our order her self and she was certain she was also very apologetic and referred me to file a complaint with Uber eats which I did and was refunded the ibder cash instantly. I replaced the order for the chicken cheesesteak and when the order arrive there was a free piece of cake included in the order. Thank to the kind girl I spoke with and thank you for the cake it made a frustrating situation less frustrating we appreciate her!“

“Lunch Factory sits in the industrial park just of Street Road east of Rt. 95, Bensalem. Make the quick turn onto Dunksferry Road and follow that until it branches into Progress Drive. Take Progress until you see the Lunch Factory sign on the front glass window. Park and walk around to the side to enter. It is a little challenging to find, but don't be deterred. If you like fresh morning or afternoon sandwiches, you will appreciate the effort to go there. There are four tables in the utilitarian dining room with half glass wall separating it from the kitchen, but most people just stop in for take out. I did likewise. I ordered a Sausage, Egg and Cheese on Kaiser to introduce myself to their abilities. Everyone was friendly, even though a Covid plexiglass panel separately me from the order taker. I watched as my breakfast was prepared on the grill. Two eggs (pancaked), two patties, two slices of American cheese, fresh roll, made for a heavily loaded piece of short order master cheffing. It was a work of culinary art when unwrapped at my desk. The morning sun through the window cast its light directly of it, making it glow, like I was in for a magical experience. And, I was. It was a big bite slicing through the layers of hot ingredients and a follow through explosion of flavors. Just an awesome sandwich.Almost every kitchen makes a sandwich with these elements, but precious few can knock your socks off. I happily ate barefoot. I am putting my socks and shoes back on now after enjoying one of the best of breed morning sammies of the year.“

“Steve's Prince of Steaks is the absolute staple of N.E. Philly. For decades since I've been a kid their has been no cheesesteak eatery in this neighborhood that has been more consistently great than Steve's. Over 40 now a '80 baby and still one of the best C.steaks you can eat anywhere in the city. Hard working very polite & fast service is why I love Steve's. Always take out, although their may be a few open stools or a table under a shade a few people could sit & eat sure, but the magics in the bag. A family oriented establishment.
