They were out of some gourmet selection of bagels around 10:00 am and this happened twice in a week. The cashier who took my order had so much attitude, no smile or no proper way of greeting, her name started with a letter A. Bathroom was out of soap, and coffee had no taste to it. The coffee was bland. The employees that were making food were nice, smiled at every customer that came to their door, and were working hard to make orders on time. The people working on the grill are nice, food is good, but this place could use some better employees who greet their guests well.

I’m so sorry because I never post if I have negative review. My husband an I have ordered from your place approximately 5 times and amazing experience! Always over the phone with no complaints. But today, we went in personally and ordered. I like my Turkey sliced “shaved” or “chipped “ in my sandwich. It was cut in chunks instead. I feel there was a language barrier because of what I received. I couldn’t eat it. The girls working there at the time seemed clueless. It took forever and end result wasn’t satisfactory. I’m sorry but will not be back.?

Last year we moved to the Poconos. Can't find any Manhattan bagels. We visited Bensalem for a Drs appt and then went to Penndel for bagels. We got 3 of everything I like and a cinnamon muffin. The bagels have just been melting in our mouth. We froze them and thawed them out to eat for breakfast ..yummy!!!

This new Penndel Manhattan Bagel is great! The garlic bagel really packed a flavor punch! And they didn't skimp on the cream cheese either! Totally delicious! Service was fast. Staff were friendly. Highly recommended!

Let me say. Bagels are always good at Manhattan bagels. It’s the service the speed the knowledge that’s lacking!!!!!Took 14 min to get 2 bagels 1 toasted!! That’s it. One man was telling us he brings his own coffee just because he knows how long he has to sit wait for his bagel!!!If you need a quick breakfast this is not your spot!I asked for owner or manager. No one was there. No one to help out take charge and get a routine rolling. These girls need more training for sure. I hope you get it together because your location is the closest.On a side noteThey did not attempt to plow the parking lot nor Ice. There was 3 inch’s of ice leading to the front door on sidewalk. Lawsuit waiting to happen. How negligent on these owners part.Do these owners not care?????Obviously not. I mentioned to the employee to put a rug outside by the door so people wouldn’t fall coming in.The door is heavy and with the ice at the door it’s hard not to slip.She looked at me and said we put salt down the other day!!! Omg.Get it together!!!We where excited to have you in town
Staff is SO friendly. The place has fresh flowers on the tables, which I thought was a nice touch. Food was great. Will definitely go back!

First of all, the staff is extremely nice! Always smiling, personable, and quick! The food is always good, and like I said, always fast. The restaurant has a good feel to it, especially with the calm Christian music playing. Because of this, my father and I go multiple days a week, and it is so worth it!
