The parking lot of this place is always sketchy and it's on a busy road, but you brave all of that because ritas is AWESOME. when you need a ritas fix this one is in a very convenient location in-between the neshaminy mall and the Oxford valley mall.
Very accommodating, friendly, clean and nice selection. My toddler is lactose sensitive so it's great for going for "ice cream." Employee went and looked to assure no milk, which I appreciated but didn't request. It was just sweet of her! He appeared to really enjoy the "Unicorn' flavor...(tasted kinda like strawberry cotton candy). Overall very nice outing with the fam.
