We ordered these mermaid themed cupcakes and small cake for my baby’s first birthday and everything was not only BEAUTIFUL, but also incredibly delicious. I had asked for a light whipped icing that wasn’t too sweet and they nailed it. Everyone had so many compliments. Thank you!

I was looking for cupcakes for an upcoming baby shower and was so excited to see the long list of flavors offered so my daughter and I ran up there and bought six different cupcakes to try. I hate to leave a bad review but based on the other similar reviews I think something needs to change to make the cake more moist. As soon as you take off the wrapper the cake crumbles into crumbs before your eyes. I was told they were made fresh daily so I am assuming they weren't stale? I will try again in the future in hopes they make a change to fix this problem with the cake recipe.

The champagne bunt cake was spectacular, I would certainly purchase this again. The sugar crusted cranberries were a nice touch and the texture and flavor of the cake were perfect.

Delicious cupcakes. The pumpkin praline and pumpkin espresso, although seasonal, were so moist. All of the ones we tried were good.

Can you same, yummm?! I love that Papa's Cupcakes has a variety of different fun flavors to choose from. The Rocky Road was absolutely delicious and the Lemon Drop was scrumptious as well but very sweet with the lemon curd filling. The only reason I'm taking 1 star off was that when I initially went in to order two cupcakes, the woman was not too friendly. She wasn't busy at all, but I somehow felt like I was bothering her by being there. When you go into Papa's Cupcakes it has a florist and a little wine shop that is sooo cute and the employees were polite!

Have purchased Papa's cupcakes in the past and always delicious...esp the chocolate bomb and the vanilla with strawberry compote inside...yum! However had a bit ofa disappointing experience today. I visited Papa's as was looking to purchase a dozen mini cupcakes for a co-worker's birthday tomorrow. When I arrived I was told by the sales clerk that purchasing a dozen minis was not possible...AND that mini cupcakes could only be purchased via pre-order a good bit in advance. It specifically states on the website that one dozen mini cupcakes are $22.50 with no mention of the need to pre-order. Needless to say I was a bit disappointed as I was sure the birthday girl and coworkers would have loved them and made her day even more special.Ah well...something to remember next time. A suggestion is that if you don't offer one dozen minis, it should be removed from website and a two dozen tray minimum is required and must be pre-ordered.
