Wait time was quite long considering I only ordered two dishes, and the cashier had forgotten my order despite me being one of 3 people in the restaurant at the time. Food itself was disappointingly bland, and the sauce I got with the samosas was an offputtingly bright green. My partner was a fan of the falafel, but I’ve had better from a truck. Not worth it considering the high price. Would rather get fast food unfortunately.

Updated review 2/5 stars:I got the chicken sandwich again but it was very dry and not seasoned at all on the inside. Even drenching it in the sauce still had me chewing for a while. I'm unsure if it was a different person cooking but after this experience I wouldn't come back. We ended up spending once again $65 ish dollars giving them business once more. We didn't receive the kibbee we ordered instead they replaced it without telling us and this samosa was very hard on the teeth. It just felt like the food was out for a while , element's of old meat maybe reheated. Wouldn't go out of my way again to get food though.First review March 1 - 4/5 stars:Beef samosa- although the picture is underwhelming the flavor was actually well seasoned and I enjoyed this enough to want others to try it. Would recommend and get again.Kibbee - good flavor. would get again.NY chicken - good flavor not the best I've ever had but good. Satisfied my craving. Would get again.Chicken sandwich with French fries - my favorite part of the meal. A wow sandwich. It's definitely a spice too it but overall such a great flavor all around. Would get again but it's $13Parking was available in lot. Overall would come back.

Lamb swarms sandwich was delicious and filling. The restaurants is very clean. The service was Excella the. Looking forward to making my favorite restaurant. Now it's my favorite restaurant.

I've used to go here for chicken and rice all the time till this recent visit. I was ordering the mixed grill platter for a group of friends. It's a yellow rice platter with a mix of meats ontop. Huge portion, good for small groups (4-6 people). It comes with multiple sides of pita bread and sauces. I opened up the pita bread and took a bite real quick to try it...should have looked at it more closely. It was stale and had mold growing on it. I had to run and remove the pitas from the serving table before anyone ate it and got sick. Really big turnoff when an establishment serves you moldy food.....it's crazy because it came in 4-5 individually foil wrapped portions. I'm surprised no one saw the mold as they were packing it. Also they're stingy on the red sauce. Do Not Recommend. Attaching some pics and receipts.

I order from here about once a week and I love their food! I always order NY Chicken (Al Sham Style) which is my favorite, however today I accidentally ordered the regular NY Chicken. Totally my fault for not double checking before submitting my order, but no real complaints here! The regular NY Chicken is delicious as well. I also always order the 2pc. falafel which is super crispy and has great flavor. At work, I only order lunch once a week and this is always my #1 choice. If you haven't tried Al Sham, you're missing out!
One of my worst dining experiences occurred at this restaurant. Let me start with running into a RAT in the bathroom, I opened the door and a rat jumped at me, I had a feeling I'd run into something off there, especially after seeing how dirty and neglected the place looked on my way to the bathroom. The rat then ended up scurrying under the bathroom door, into the kitchen. Before this incident, I had ordered a shawarma and Philadelphia cheese stake, after a long wait, they messed up my order and they gave me a plain steak instead. The quality of both sandwiches was the worst, had to throw them out, and they claim to be middle eastern, but they are clearly not at all, they might be Pakistanis. I do not recommend this place to anyone, until maybe a significant improvements are made in both food quality and cleanliness. I visited this place based on its high ratings, but my experience has led me to believe that they might have purchased their ratings rather than genuinely earn them.

The perfect take out when you don't feel like cooking. NY chicken is delicious. Also, very nice staff here. I'm always greeted with a big smile, or maybe even a quick conversation. This goes a long way... keep it up!

Family Special (FamSp#4) has Mixed Grill [meats], Large Order of Hummus, Arabic Salad & 10 pieces of Falafel and is $80.99. It had tender meat, rice, grilled onions and can feed at least 6 people. Great value for money.Tome and baba ganoush were ok. Have had better. Tabouleh was decent. Falafel were a but hard but tasty.Delivery was quick. Food was well packed.
Middle eastern food that is not really authentic. The shawarma is more like a doner and the tawook chicken has curry in it. You dont call your shop "al sham" and then mess up the recipes.
