Most of the food was good but the bruschetta had bugs crawling out when it was served and when another in my party brought it up to the waitress we were dismissed and treated rudely even though the waitress could see the bugs crawling on it. It was eventually remade but the way it was handled soured the whole experience.

Food was great as always. But this blonde waitress that I had this time was so passive aggressive for no reasons…She forgot my drink and she also didn’t even bother to say “bye” back. Even though I still tipped her more than 20%, hopefully she’ll get a better attitude next time!

I loved the food that I ordered on 03/30, it was delicious a sausage and broccoli white pizza and I would have given 5 stars but the server I had was rude, not very attentive as far as asking if everything was okay, while there. She seemed to have a bad attitude, especially when we asked if we could split the check. The server she said with a nasty attitude. "Your check cannot be split, as you you should have asked that when you were seated." Which I've been to plenty of places and never heard of that and it wasn't what she said but how she said it and the tone used.I would love to visit again but that server put me off so right now, unfortunately I'm not sure yet but wanted to come for more food and to try the gelato

This is the only location of Alice in the United States and it does not disappoint. It's a chain of pizzerias in Italy. The pizza by the slice is always good, you order and pay by how much pizza you want. The full meals are also great, I've had a few different items and I have always been happy. It's always super busy here, so make a reservation.
This place was fantastic, the food was delicious. The wait staff was attentive and courteous. There are all types of pastries and gelato as well as a pizza selection area. If you are in the area, it is a must to stop in for a bite. A+

Great Italian food as well as a wide variety of pizzas. And the pastries are incredible. Right near the Kimmel Center, so a great lunch or dinner can precede a great concert.
Cute little quaint place serving Rome style pizza by the ounce. Please order the Gnocchi Fritti…it was so good.

The bartender(server) is the best guy. Great food. Not a "pizza joint" so much more. We visit every time before the Academy of music shows. Left my CC card there accidentally, and it was safely put away till I returned.

I was very disappointed on the service the staff provided. I am Hispanic and requested for a table. I was denied due to high volume of customers. I was not upset and understood the policy. But when I requested a pizza pie to eat at stools, I was told that pizza takes about 25 minutes and the stools are only available to customers for up to 20 minutes. The fact is that the pizza actually takes roughly 15 to 20 minutes to prepare, and possible sooner than that, according to many customers that order from here. After I decided to go out to the car and wait for a fresh pie of pizza, I was given a reheated pizza from the displays instead of a fresh pie. Since I am Hispanic and had several children with me, they assumed they could treat me this way. I was very disappointed with the service and the racism portrayed by these staff members. I cannot believe they did this to me and my family. I was mostly disappointed since a friend vouched for their great service and had given me a gift card to try them out. I drove from Mt poconos for a visit and did not expect this restaurant to treat us this way at all.

I forgot pizza could taste this good! I decided to drop by after work for Winter Restaurant Week because I was craving pizza.The restaurant is small but decorated beautifully (for Valentine’s Day this time of year!)I decided to sit at the bar and although my bartender/waiter was a little distant at first, he ended up warming up and was friendly. Also, everyone I spoke to talked to happened to be regulars and knew most of the staff on a first name basis! Overall, the vibe was very comfortable and people seemed so happen to be here!The food was outstanding! I especially loved the cacio and pepe gnocchi fritti because they were so warm and light. The carbonara pizza was also an obvious star! It really captures that carbonara taste and the pancetta actually tasted like authentic pancetta (I lived in Italy for a bit so I'm especially particular about this!). I also loved how the pizza was presented and ended up taking some home with me because there was so much! It's definitely pricey but worth every bite!Overall, I am excited to come back and have about ten different things I want to try next from all of the recommendations I got!
