the owners pay for reviews or makes fake ones so their overall rating is better. al’s has definitely gone downhill since new ownership and i’m honestly tired of people being lied to. it’s been over 5 years since the new ownership and the complaints are still the same and i assure you nothing will be done about them. please don’t waste your time or money here.

A “customer relations” course of some sort would go a long way within your business. Unfortunately My experience wasn’t a pleasant one at all. There was a middle aged woman with the dark hair and ponytail taking orders,she was so rude to the point I instantly didn’t want to spend a dime in your establishment. I’ve had Al’s in the past and the vibe is normally welcoming whenever I came but this was the first time I encountered this “individual”. I’ll give it about a year and peak back in to see if negative Nancy is still chasing customers out.

The food is good, and thats the only reason why I eat at this place. The services, and people are really ignorant. They also charged me more for my items than what the actual price was 3 times before I noticed. I went in, made a complaint and nothing was done about it. I believed I was charged more because of my skin color. Today was my last time buying food from this establishment.. I called over the phone for a salad since it was more convenient to avoid the longer wait. I went into the store and the salad was not ready. Okay, thats no problem.. the problem came when people came in after me, who ordered in the store was receiving hot food before I received a cold salad. That's unacceptable, and again I believe that this was a skin issues. The same lady who charged me more for my food items was the same lady who gave the other people their hot food before I received my cold salad which would take no time. I've worked in places similar to this, I know how fast food works, and my services here has been nothing but terrible.

Best local breakfast! I left reviews on Uber Eats, but thought I should really share to Google as well... Al's makes the best, hot food for breakfast/brunch! Grits are sooooo good; I can't say enough good things. Veggie omelette with provolone is always super fresh and tasty! Pork bacon and egg platter is delish. They make nice cheesy scrambled eggs and always make the bacon crispy. Also, we get a muffin for later and it's awesome. Prices are reasonable and the service consistently exceeds expectations. Thank you guys for always making our breakfasts memorable and always delivering hot and tasty food every order! Would def recommend!!!!

Love the breakfast platters always hot fresh. Lunch sandwiches are great too. I have never had a wrong order. I have liked every thing I have ordered here. It's always busy and worth the wait. I am a repeat customer and you should be too.

Got an Italian hoagie, it had more vegetables than meat. I've had better hoagies at pizza places, with more meat an cheese an better flavor. Al's used to be so much better, so disappointing. I wasn't expecting a hoagie like Finks or Primos, but at least an average one. If I knew how to post a picture of hoagie I would. I'm not very tect savvy.

Does not follow instructions when cutting deli meats & cheeses. If you like you cold cuts/cheeses thin it’s not likely they will cut them this way. Happened numerous times highly disappointing wasting money on food you won’t eat.
