Wow! What an awesome dining experience. Fantastic, authentic but elevated Spanish cuisine set in a modern atmosphere with touches of a classic tavern-style setting.Service was above and beyond. Our server treated us to a couple of special items since we were celebrating a special occasion.Highly recommend the tapas, esp. the patatas bravas; marinated olives, jamón Serrano and grilled asparagus.For the main course we shared the Zarzuela dish and the flatbread with mushrooms, truffle flavor and manchego cheese. The flavors were complex but delicate and well-balanced.I will definitely visit Amada again next time I'm in Philly!

Cory was our waiter. His explanation of the menu was thorough, and his professionalism was 10/10. The ambiance in the restaurant is romantic, with dim lighting. Perfect for date night.The food was phenomenal also. I highly recommend the libritos from the menu. My sangria blanco was wonderful as well. We’ll be back!

We discovered this place in Atlantic City back when Ocean’s Casino used to be called Revel. It became one of our favorite restaurants very quick! Then when we found out they had one in old town Philadelphia it has been an every year Valentine’s Day meal necessity…. this place is keepsake memory to us as my husband asked me to marry him at the Atlantic City location….. The food is amazing. You can try multiple different things with their TAPAS menu, but their paella is to die for. A few things I suggest from the TAPAS menu would be the Ensalada Verde, Piquillos, Patas Bravas, Gambas Al Ajillo and the Albondigas. The Aged Mancheho with the Lavendar is AMAZING AS WELL. The CHEESECAKEEEEE is HEAVEN!!!! The Red sangria is such an authentic tasting sangria, not too sweet not to dry and the the espresso martini ooooweeee! A must try whether you are in Atlantic City or Philadelphia.

The food has little or no flavor. Asked 3 times for a beverage and NEVER got it!:( walls.”, lights were dirty and dusty. Smash burger was not smashed! What how do you call it a smash burger?We will not be back!Very disappointing!
