Went to Dunkin on Bustleton Avenue and they had no donuts or munchkins only muffins. How could a Dunkin not have any donuts? It is disgraceful.

This establishment is ran by literal kids. They all have to be 14-15. No manager on duty. Dirt at the bottom on my drink.

I frequented this location regularly for some time during the pandemic. It was never great, but it was convenient. I went today. Drive thru. The order taker, a woman with blondish hair, was extremely friendly. I ordered a bagel w CC. I pulled up to the window and watched a smaller woman with dark brown hair, throw a bag of food at her. She made a rude comment and walked off. I then witnessed a man, I'm guessing who made my bagel, throw the bag next to her from the "kitchen". The woman who was taking orders was very friendly, but you could tell she was overwhelmed and had no support. I will only be going back to this location to offer the nice DT order taker a job and I will never patronize this location again.

I was gonna come in hot but after noticing this dunkin already had a 2 star rating it seemed overkill. I'll just say that my order contained 4 items and they were all incorrect in some way. I went in with the lowest expectations and they were met. Thanks!

This Dunkin is never good and the customer service is awful, you can hear the worker taking other people's orders the whole time and never know if they are really listening to you, talking to you or talking to other people. They always mess up my order I ordered a simple medium caramel latte and I specifically remember specifying cream and sugar and they gave me a decaf iced coffee with no sugar. They seem rude and do not care about the customers. Very disappointed....

This place is shady. They said they needed to see my Id for my purchase above $25 and then proceeded to write my I'd number on a piece of paper. When I asked for it back they refused to give until I took it from them and then memorized it and wrote if down. When I contacted customer service about this, they said it was not normal to do this and apologized.
