Really good bagels and nice variety of cream cheeses. I love their everything bagels and scallion cream cheese. It gives me garlic breath but it's so worth it.

Just moved from NY TO Philly so far every breakfast spot for sandwiches and bagels disappoint. But this one i love it food is always good /ambience is good and employees actually care for what comes out that kitchen Second time ordering. You got your self another customer good job

Got a grilled cheese and they literally just threw cheese on white bread and charged $7. This is the worst grilled cheese I’ve ever had/paid for. They didn’t even grill it

Every time I’ve come here I’ve waited a minimum of 20 minutes for 1 bagel. It seems to be the norm because it has happened multiple times and they didn’t even apologize or make an effort to fix the order when they messed it up/forgot it. Won’t go

Great bagels. I got a pork roll, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel which was YUGE and good. I also picked up a half dozen day old bagels to stick in my freezer for home. They have a large selection of custom cream cheeses, but that's not really my thing.
Weirdest experience getting bagels in my entire life. Ordered a plain bagel and a sesame seed bagel toasted with plain cream cheese to go. I was charged nearly $12 and left a tip only to find in my to-go bag two loose bagels, not toasted and no cream cheese or anything else. Went back in and asked if I could get them toasted and with cream cheese. Both people at the counter told me they didn't have sesame seed bagels in response to my question and then walked away. When one came back i asked if I could get cream cheese at least? One of the employees yelled at me saying, if you could just calm down for a moment! After a minute someone passed me a tub of plain cream cheese and I left before anyone else yelled at me. The bagels were fine, the cream cheese was good. Next time I will just go a couple blocks over to the other bagel shop where they are nicer and the food is what it is supposed to be.

Had a really long wait for an online order on Saturday. The wait was worth it because the sandwich was amazing! Definitely get the hash brown in your order. Bagels were good but they mixed up the bagel flavors in our sandwiches and the wait was a while.

Stopped here on the way back home to Virginia, always get bagels before leaving the northeast. asked for 6 whole wheat, checked the bag in VA and 6 Everything. How do you mess this up ? Very disappointing after spending $50. At these prices they need to get it
